Unresponsive in emergencies, don't reply to emails or voice messages and they don't have an emergency concierge service. Their bookings are done through travel services such as Expedia (in our case) which we could have easily done ourselves and have full control over changes and cancelations. Disappointed. read more

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. Let me start off my saying we booked a trip to Europe, I don't know why I got fooled with their Instagram page, thus I am writing the review so others don't make the same mistake. First off they are really quick to sell you a package, once you pay them, they are no help afterwards. Our destination was Italy and Spain (Barcelona). Long story short we arrived in Rome which was our 3 city stop and the hotel and room they had booked us for was terrible. I had mentioned to the sales rep Mary that I wasn't looking for a 5 star hotel but common, I paid over 12k I should at least get a decent room at a hotel. Anyhow when arrived at the hotel we noticed that the room was not what was originally agreed upon booking with the agent Mary. I was so upset that they didn't have our room and on top of that no other rooms were available. They tried to cover by saying we can get the room that was originally booked the next day if I was willing to spend a night at a different hotel near by. Which I didn't believe them as that shouldn't have happened it the first place as giving the original room that was booked away. So travel agent Mary said she can look for a near by hotel for us since that's not the correct room. I'm glad I had this all on text which I will post in the pictures for proof. I even asked what is the credit I'm looking at for this hotel so I know what range I should book my new hotel for and she mentioned the credit amount of $900. Now that I am back from my vacation we called to inquire about the credit/refund for that hotel which we didn't and up staying they are claiming they can't do anything about it. I would like to warn people to use Expedia or other travel companies that you have used in the past than going to them as they will lie even though you have everything on text and don't care about anything after they take your money. I will also be reporting them to California Consumer Affairs, along with taking them to small claims court. This should've been a vacation not a nightmare arriving at a foreign country and shopping around for a hotel room because your travel agent (Top Travel) didn't do their job to and followed thru to get you room and hotel you paid for. I basically had to make my own reservation in Rome same day over priced last minute out of my pocket and on top of that they don't want to refund the 1 hotel that we didn't stay. Attached are the photos that she states the credit is about 900$ which now she is refusing to refund. Again stay away from this business, as they don't deliver what they tell you. Also we spoke with business owner which she told us it was our choice to not stay at that hotel and can't do anything about it but again you can clearly see in the text conversation that it wasn't the correct room given to us from the day we got there. They basically showed us a different room before booking and when we arrived it was a total different room. I don't think even a homeless person wouldn't stay in that room they had ready for us. read more

Called this travel agency to help plan our family summer vacation. The agent took down the dates, our desired location and the number of adults / kids in our party and said she will send out a quote via text later that same day. I did not hear back from her that same day. I called the next day to follow up and they said they will call me back. Once again I did not hear back from them. Now given that its the 3rd day and still no answer anyone else would have went to the next travel agency but I decided to give them a call again and the agent once again said will call me back. Guess what again? she never did. So now its the fourth day and it was almost comical and I wanted to know what the issue was, the size of our party was too big for her? was she that busy that she wasn't able to get to us? which is understandable but she could have communicated that to us. But it's the fourth day and I called and the agent had to be reminded who I am and all the details for our desired trip again and as we're on the phone she keeps pausing for long periods of times because that is when she was checking the rates for the first time in 4 days. After a long paused phone call she finally gave a rate so absurd that it was comical. I had checked rates for the same dates, same hotel for my whole family and it was $500 cheaper per person. On top of all that she had no knowledge about the hotel, the rooms and the uniqueness of that hotel (hence why I had picked it). Regardless this was my experience with this agency and its safe to say I won't ever waste 4 days trying to get a simple quote. read more

You call and have a cursory and indifferent introductory conversation, followed by a rough itinerary, but when you have additional questions or would like to adjust certain parts of the itinerary, there's no response after that. If we rely on this type of business practice, we will never go on vacation. read more
