Our recent trip to Italy that was organized by Must Go Travel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Syuzi went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, from flights, hotels, transfers, and even taxi services. All 5 hotels that were booked were in perfect locations and hotel amneties were amazing. We chose the bed and breakfast packages, and that was one of the greatest choices made. Syuzi even sent us recommendations on tours and advised us a few websites to book the tours in advance from LA. BTW we used Must Go Travel services a few times before and NEVER were disappointed. I hate to have to write a bad review but this company is the ABSOLUTE worst travel agency I have ever worked with. I travel very frequently and had heard good things about MustGoTravel so I thought I'd give them a try. I called Ani with the exact flight I wanted to the detail of which flight numbers and she proceeded to quote me a price which we then agreed on. The price was $100 less per ticket than I had found so I was super happy. Everything from there was not so great. There was zero communication from her once I sent her all our information and the payment information. I had to constantly text her to get any updates on whether the tickets had even been purchased. I spoke to her on a Friday and she said the charge would go through in an hour... come Monday it was still not there. When I called to confirm she kept giving me the run around like the bank was putting a hold and blah blah blah which made no sense. Turns out they completely forgot to charge me for the tickets. A MONTH after I originally spoke with her (a day before my flight) she calls and asks if I see a charge on my credit card. I told her I had called them and told them no charges had come through. She then went to saying oh the bank wasn't allowing them to charge the card which was a complete lie as I spoke with the bank myself and they never attempted until that day. Generally it's a very long story of MustGoTravel beating around the bush. They never answered any of my calls once they had purchased my tickets. They never told me my tickets were non refundable. AND they told me we had to Covid test for our flight which was ABSOLUTELY FALSE. They are super sweet but very unprepared and I don't appreciate not being told the truth. If you forgot to charge me it's fine just say that don't make up excuses. Worst agency I have worked with and I have worked with MANY. Unnecessarily stressed me out before my trip. read more

The owner of this establishment, Ofelia, was on vacation herself when I decided I needed to book a flight. She responded to me within seconds of contacting her, regardless of the fact that she was in a different country on VACATION, in a different time zone! (Shows how much she cares for her clientele and career!) The extended staff is also super knowledgeable when it comes to hotel + activity recommendations, they can help you with absolutely anything. I was supposed to write this review over a month ago after the amazing team at Must Go Travel planned our last trip of 2019, but just like with any other vacation I got slammed with work and didn't get a chance to get to it until now. I came across their Instagram page early 2019. Messaged them through IG and asked if they could help us with our summer vacation plans with the our kids. Ofelia asked me to list a few places we have been to so she could get a sense of what we would like and after a couple of days she came back with several options and prices. I did my own due diligence on the options she gave and we booked. Let's say it was an amazing option for a family travel. She had taken into consideration every single point I had made. Bottom line we were happy! Fast forward three months and we asked her to book an Italy trip for my husband and I. I told her we wanted 5 star hotels at minimum and asked her to help us plan the entire two week itinerary including train tickets, private tours, even restaurant recommendations. Phenomenal!!! This girl is thorough in her work. She travels a lot herself so when she recommends something the chances are she has been there herself and is not just selling it based on the pictures one can find on TripAdviser.
