Diana and Tagui are soooo great! I have used them twice now and have no complaints at all. They were concerned with two things: our enjoyment and us saving money - can you ask for more??? The first trip was a bachelor party in New Orleans for my brother consisting of twelve guys flying in from four locations across the east and west coast. They coordinated all of our flights and accommodated all of our schedules and still managed to get us great bulk rates. They locked down six conjoining rooms right in the French quarter during Mardi Gras!!!! Furthermore they got us awesome rates on those as well. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel had lost one of the reservations but with a quick call Diana and handing my cell phone over to the hotel receptionist we were all taken care of within 15 minutes! She made the day and saved the day! The second trip was another bachelor party in Cabo (see photos) where Diana set up an awesome house for us on a cliff overlooking the whole pedregal coast, inside of a gated guarded community - with a private chef!!! We were greater and treated like kings. Flying colors on this trip as well. Everything from the rates to the transportation to the location was perfect! I will and have already referred friends and family to Diana and Transit Travel. They are great and make you feel like family. If you're looking for someone to do everything for you and do it at a cheaper price than you could, then look no further! Thanks guys! read more

Looks like a small establishment but with big plans! I love their website, it's crisp and professionally done with taste. I also like the offers posted that they'll match existing quotes! And the fact that you can text them! Will definitely review again once we complete travel transaction and actual travel! Hurray for small local businesses! read more

Recently I looked for a really good travel agency and I saw on yelp this agency. The reviews are so accurate this was my best experience. I was able to book my family trip and get a great deal! Its great having a agent you can call anytime for any questions. The office was very clean too with a separate parking area for customers. I will definitely come back. read more

By far the best experience I've had booking a vacation. The agent, Diana, is so easy to get in touch with especially after a long work day - she would keep taking my calls even after 7 PM! She made it so easy to keep in touch with constant updates on prices and she would even text me useful information. Considering how hard it is to plan a vacation for 18 people, she was the best candidate for the job. NOT TO MENTION THE PRICES SHE HAS, NOBODY IN TOWN BEATS HER QUOTES!!!! read more

My wife & I wanted to go traveling with the kids. I discovered TransitTravel on Yelp and from the 1st call/text I got taken care of! If anybody wants to travel definitely give these guys a try. Thx Again for taking excellent care of my family vacation. read more

I wanted to go to Mexico to visit my family and I decided to use transit travel after hearing about them on Instagram. I used Sevak as my agent and he took care of everything. I regularly book online but when something happens no one is there to help...but this was not the case with transit travel they take care of everything no questions asked LSD you can reach them 24 seven on their direct telephone line. I know things or two about customer service and they definitely went above and beyond. Thank you transittravel for helping me go to Mexico and see my family again! If anyone wants to use transit travel you definitely will not be disappointed! read more

Where do i start? Diana has amazing customer service and best prices ive seen i wanted to book a family vacation and she got us prices and recommendations in a matter of minutes! We ended up going with the breathless resort in punta cana and loved it!!! She made sure we all sat next to each other on the plane and got us the upgraded suites for cheaper than what other agencies were saying for a standard room and seperate flights! We tried cheapcarribean.com and a bunch of other agencys and nobody beat her price or came close to it for a matter of fact! She even had transportation waiting for us at the airport wen we got there! We finally decided to book our trip and i gave her a call at 11pm to book us for the next week and she picked up and booked our trip. Even though we got our trip last minute it was cheaper than what other places were offering for booking 6 months in advance! If you ever want to travel give her a call! Shes a sweet girl and very straight up! No gimmicks or anything. Im glad to say Travelbound earned my business! Thank you for our awesome trip Diana!!!! read more

I've been using Travelbound (previously known as East West Travel) for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier. Diana, owner and CEO, is very hands on and personally involved with each of her bookings. Her all inclusive packages cover every aspect of your trip including pick ups and drop offs. The last trip my fiance and I planned was unforgettable. She went out of her way to have a bottle of champagne and fresh fruits waiting for us when we arrived. Its her attention to detail and amazing customer service that keeps me, my family, and friends coming back! read more
