Our train tickets were rebooked for us and we didn't have to lift a finger to get it sorted out. No need to keep up with the progress of which trains might be cancelled, no need to correspond with the train station. Jenny's supplier took care of all of that for us while we enjoyed our trip. One of the most valuable perks of booking with Jenny was being put in touch with a "travel angel" via her supplier. Our travel angel was available to text for whatever needs we had. I contacted our travel angel for restaurant suggestions, laundromat searches, and assistance when we couldn't find our private driver. But the biggest event was when our baby had a bad night and we thought we might need to take her to the hospital. Thankfully, a trip to the hospital was unnecessary, but in a situation like that, I drew comfort in knowing that I had someone to contact for help, and that reassurance was priceless.
