Extremely disappointed! Dealt with Carlo, the owner, on multiple occasions for very the years! Always went great! I call to get a quote. I am transferred to an agent. The male answering the phone answered like he is taking a call from a family member. No Thank You for holding. No name introduction! You try to give your business to a local small mom and pop, and you get treated like I did. I paid published fare and bought the ticket directly from AF! Carlo, retrain your people!! We may be the same ethnicity, but this is America, not the old country! I expect customer service!! read more

I was going to wait until after my trip to write a review but decided to do it now. Our trip was sort of last minute and I ended up booking flights with Expedia. Then husband said to contact Sidon to see if we can have a better deal with a resort. Carlo answered and patiently went through flight deals, packages etc. He then placed the flight I wanted on hold so I could be comfortable canceling with Expedia. The next day, I worked with Arlene to book the flights and resort. She was just as nice and as helpful as Carlo. I had mentioned my son's dietary restrictions and she suggested a resort in Cancun that is very accommodating. Anyway, long story long, I wanted to extend my thanks and gratitude to the entire team at Sidon travel! It's refreshing to work with professional and kind folks in a world that's gone all mad :) read more

Sidon travel is an agency that's been around for a long time. Carlo's abilities in the travel world are seemingly unmatched. We went in a few days ago to plan out a very large trip internationally with multiple stops on the way back. He sat there after hours with us going over every single scenario and option to save us the most amount of money. He gave us his honest opinion of the flight, the plane, the airline and the destinations. He even gave his future projections about what can happen to the pricing going forward. He was very knowledgeable with traveling and had specific details of our destinations specifically and was an overall nice person. He gave his WiFi info to my kids to stay entertained while we conducted business and the transaction was very smooth. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service (probably because they have no concept of what customer service is), unprofessional, and rude. Just an awful experience. Didn't explain details properly. Guess they expect customers to know everything beforehand. Not a one time thing either. Won't return. By the way DO NOT BE FOOLED BY OTHER FAKE REVIEWS GIVING THIS PLACE HIGH RATINGS. read more

Sidon and the team put together an experience to Cabo we won't forget. It was a complete VIP door to door in 5 hours. With my 2 year old daughter and wife, they set us up in the best package with the best all inclusive family friendly resort. It was 7 days off full family time I needed to spend that was way over due. THANK YOU Sidon and Sako for unforgettable vacation. Next destination already in mind. read more

Thank you Sidon Travel for a most unforgettable trip to Armenia!! I called them about two weeks prior to my desired departure date and asked them to make all my arrangements. They worked tirelessly and made it all happen. They booked our flights, which were great and the hotel (Marriott Yerevan) which was amazing. The hotel room had a view of the main square and was just perfect. On top of all that, they recommended several restaurants and attractions we should visit on our stay! I was very impressed with their professionalism, care and unmatched knowledge of the area! Thank you again for an amazing trip! I promise next year you will have more advance notice read more

I was initially using Kayak.com to find the cheapest round-trip flight to Buenos Aires from Los Angeles. After several unsuccessful attempts to find a flight that was within my price range, I decided to listen to my dad and call Sidon Travel for some help. (Always listen to your dad kids!) After speaking with an agent for about 5 to 10 minutes, I was not only able to book a flight that was several hundred dollars cheaper than any flight I found on Kayak, but my flight was also the quickest route to my destination. I was also able to pick my seats over the phone too. My travel itinerary documents were e-mailed to me that same day. The entire process was smooth and stress free. I'll definitely be using Sidon Travel again for all my travel needs. read more

I only have positive things to say about Arlene at Sidon Travel. She really went above and beyond for my recent trip to Cancun ( which I planned 11 days before going). She listened to all of my needs and recommended a stay at Secrets The Vine and I couldn't be happier. She was super detail oriented and even responded to me quickly via email when I wanted to upgrade my return flight. Thank you so much Arlene for making our vacation wonderful and easy! Will be coming back to you time and time again. read more

I called a few different travel agencies and this one surpassed them all in excellent customer service and very competitive prices. Highly recommend them! Carlo was very professional. I will definitely be using them going forward. read more

Possibly the worst travel agency I got to work with. Went to Cancun for our friends bachelorette and had Arlene help us out. Double checked her pricing with another agency and their price was at least $200 cheaper, I tried price matching but Arlene couldn't accommodate. Instead she gave us hotel vouchers that cannot be used towards one thing, they would have to be split up amongst other services the hotel offers which leaves the vouchers almost useless because you would still have to pay out of pocket. Also, for a bachelorette she recommended one of the worst hotels that does not accommodate to bigger parties. She promised us a "private bus" to the hotel but in reality there are always larger buses transporting bigger parties to the hotel. In addition she booked our last traveler a little later than the rest of the girls, and we've spent over an hour at our trip trying to get the last girl on the same bus as us to and from the hotel. Safe to say would never use this travel agency again. Trust me you're better off booking through apple vacations! read more

Ive used Sidon travel for 3 bachelorette parties so far and every single one has gone perfectly thanks to Arlene and the team at Sidon Travel. This past month, we booked a trip from LA to Miami, for 16 girls, and when we arrived, all our rooms were upgraded thanks to Arlene. They also booked our transportation to and from the airport with a luxurious bus for just our party. Every thing went off without a hitch. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team. I would recommend Sidon to all my friends and family. read more

This is my second time utilizing Sidon travel's services to acquire travel tickets . The first time was June of this year I contacted Sidon and imminently was greeted by a gentleman name Raffi. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me three of the best option in relevance to best time to travel and pricing . I do admit I did contact two other travel agencies after and since most of the margin from ticket sales is with held by the airline companies the pricing was not noticeably different , However the service was exceptional , swift and with no hassle . I did call them again today and secured my New Years travel with Sidon travel and would always consider them for future travels . Thank you read more

This is my favorite place to book all my travel arrangements. The guys there are super cool and friendly. They've been in business for over 30 years so they know exactly what they're talking about. Great rates, helpful and friendly service, comfortable office with easy parking lot access. Whether your booking a quick Vegas get-away or an international vacation somewhere, I wouldn't go anywhere else. these guys are awesome!!!! read more

One of the worse services ever. DO NOT GO THERE, and especially DO NOT GET INTERNATIONAL VISAS THROUGH THEM. No customer service skills whatsoever. read more

Never buy tickets from these people. It's not the company it used to be many years ago. The current employees don't know what customer service is and could care less if you have any issues after booking a flight through them. You get better customer service booking with online sites then with them. We had many issues and they did not make the effort to resolve them, we had to take care of it ourselves directly with the airlines. What's the point of having a travel agent if they will not assist you when you have issues with the booking. After you pay them, the service stops there. read more

I have been using Sidon travel for the past few years for all my travel needs. I've only had the best experience dealing with them ( specially Carlo and Arlene). They truly know how to put together the greatest package and meet your travel needs. Great service and caring team. read more

Sidon Travel does not have or provide accurate and updated information about airlines and hotels. If you know how to use a computer you won't need to contact this travel agency since they will not offer any additional services other than just a simple booking. Also, during your trip if anything is wrong with the services which you have paid for through this agency, they will not back you up or provide support. read more

Currently stuck in Dubai thanks to Rafi for not doing the proper visa, I'm so upset I can't even begin to describe how rude and unprofessional he was. I called and told him it's urgent please help and he told me well I'm on another call, mind you I'm in front of the ticket agent in Dubai trying to get back into Russia where I got the visa from Rafi. This is a very serious matter I will be contacting my attorney when I return. I told Rafi I will be traveling to different countries from Russia and he said no problem you will be fine. Now I just bough a ticket back to the states with all my belongings in my hotel in Russia and when I called him he said sorry good luck. I called another travel agent to help me figure out what to do. Ciden travel the most unprofessional the worst service I have ever had to deal with. I wish I read the review before seems like doing a visa is not something they can comprehend. read more

We stayed at ME Cabo and everything was great, they even upgraded us to a suite at check in. Transport was perfect! They had our names waiting for us when we got out of the airport.
