It was quickly corrected and we were given the spicy half anyway. Still one of the places where I like how the chicken is coated with the sauce, not dripping or wet. Seriously, don't sleep on the espresso drinks... you can save a few "bucks" by coming here instead and supporting this small business (hehe, see what I did there?). Clean indoor seating is available (small tables that fit about 4 adults). The girl at the counter is always super sweet. She kindly covered the coffee sipper with a sticker that had a sweet note on it. )This Americano will help me through the rest of my hospital shift!) I will continually return!

My toddler likes her a lot and wants to play with her and visit every so often. The food across the board is delicious. I have pretty much tried everything here except a few of the appetizers and the pistol legs. The only item that I don't particularly like is the pumpkin pie, while it's tasty and has a nice texture I don't really taste any pumpkin. I hope this place stays open would really be a good staple and some added variety to the restaurants available in the few blocks of stores located in this section of 108 street.

We each ordered a draft beer (nice perk with $2 off during happy hour), along with the classic double smash, plus a side of fries and onion rings. The burger was quite greasy, but otherwise enjoyable. It had good flavor and nice crispy edges, though I wish there was more of the house burger sauce, I could barely taste it, and that's usually what gives a burger its signature. The fries and onion rings were both excellent, fried to a perfect crisp. Overall, I'd come back and try more items on the menu.

Anyway, the front of the joint has this dark green paint store facade with a big sign that shows beer specials, inviting me and you inside. Instagram calls it 'Good vibes, great food, and a s..', I don't even know what the rest of that sentence was supposed to be, but it's probably pure crap anyway. Inside, they've got this sleek-looking metallic bar with hanging yellow lights, there is always a couple of guys sitting around pretending they're having the greatest time in the world. It depresses the hell out of me. They also have a picture of the menu explaining what some might consider a user friendly way to pick your food and assorted preferenced. It goes somethinglike this. 'Step 1: Choose Your Chicken,Step 2: Choose Your Batter, Step 3: Choose Your Sauces. It's so damn complicated to me. They make you go through all these steps just to get a piece of fried bird. They've got all kinds of crispy wings, some are glossy, some are glazed and sticky, choose your drumsticks or wings. I really like their fried dumplings too and their little free side dishes of radish cubes and coleslaw. Come on your birthday, show identification and you'll get a Happy Birthday sign right on your free basket of chicken legs, or was it a free chicken? I cant recall exactly, but yiu cant leave with it and you cant give it to uour friend, I haveknownsome that tried and i think thats uncool. There were only 2 people working when we walked in & a 3rd person walked in he greeted us with a smile & he was nice. We ordered fried fish oxtail Mac & cheese and lobster/shrimp Mac & cheese. The fish was good but not crispy like I would have liked. The Mac & cheeses were a disappointment. It wasn't Mac & cheese it was more oxtail macaroni NO cheese. I'm sure because of the consistency cheese was in there somewhere but it wasn't the Mac & cheese u would think u were about to eat. I didn't care for it. The lobster/shrimp was not good at all it seemed all the seasoning was on the top so we mixed it up to make sure & it got worse it was super salty shrimps were too small it just wasn't what we expected.

Marcus and Jordan were friendly and super helpful when it came to deciding what we ordered. The menu is extensive but we went with the oxtail Rasta pasta, plantain boats with oxtail and shrimp, and fried catfish. Everything was super flavorful. Even though the sauce on the Rasta pasta was delicious, the fish had the perfect amount of batter, and the plantain boats had just the right amount of sweetness, it's still difficult to decide which was my favorite! The place is small but the flavors and portions are big. There is limited seating available and seems like most people take their orders to go. The staff were incredibly cordial and attentive. They had the initiative to check on us from time to time and refill our water without us having to ask. I also love how generous they are with the sides! My favorite dish here is definitely the Galbi. Every bite took me back to Japan. I know this is Korean cuisine, but the Galbi reminded me so much of the one I've had in Japan, which is probably why I enjoyed it even more. We ordered the group meal with Bimbimao, and we also really loved the chicken wings. I just wish the wings were a little bigger and that the serving was more generous! We also tried their rice wine and Kuku cocktails, and both were delicious. They definitely don't skimp on the drinks! I'll definitely keep coming back. This was already my fourth time bringing a group of friends and family here, and I can see myself doing it again. Not only was the lack of transparency frustrating, but this is also the **first restaurant in my adult life** that has charged for ketchup with an order of fries. It's not about the $2--it's about the principle. Charging for a basic condiment without letting customers know beforehand feels petty and leaves a bad impression. We genuinely liked this place, but this experience has made us rethink whether we'll be coming back.
