I cannot believe this hotel. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Literally ever. I booked it through tickets at work. It's a third party website through my place of employment. It seemed alright for being a 2.5 star hotel however that is not the case when we arrive. We were checked into our hotel and immediately noticed how gross it was inside with the stains not to mentions the people appearing on drugged roaming around. When we got to our room it was extremely warm and looked like no one had been in the hotel for months. We started looking around and proceed to notice things. Bug dead and alive EVERYWHERE. NO FIRE ALARMS NO CLOCK NO TV REMOTE NO BEDDING FOR THE SECOND BED IT WAS NO CLEAN THE MATTRESSES WERE FULL OF STAINS GARBAGE EVERYWHERE. So we went to the front desk and asked for a room change. They gave us a new room that looking nothing like the first one. Here is what we got to have in this room. NO SECOND BED. WE HAVE THREE PEOPLE BUT HEY WE GOT A JACUZZI WHEN I WENT TO GO ASK FOR SECOND BEDDING THEY STATED THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AS THE FIRST ROOM MOST OF NOT ALL OF THE SAME THINGS WERE WRONG. The next morning we checked out and I told an older mam behind the counter there was no way that we could stay there another night and we left. I have been fighting tooth and nail with tickets at work for a refund and the hotel said this bullshit. " We regret to inform you that we have been unable to secure agreement from the property to refund this itinerary as hotel stating that t the guest did not report any issues to the front desk during their stay and departed without notifying them. We are sorry we were unable to assist you on this occasion. For this reason, we are regretfully unable to provide a refund as requested." I am NOT done with this place and by the don't stay in this garbage pit if you wanted to go swimming don't bother because it's "not available". They are liars and theives and that place needs to condemned. Tickets at work is denying our refund based on what they said. Unbelievable. I should have took more pictures. It won't let me upload the videos

I am currently staying here and honestly it's not that bad of a place. Beds are nice, pillows are good but CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS AN OVERHAUL!!!! MY TV WAS FUZZY AND NOW DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! Which the customer service rep, young girl infected with a massive cold who is infectious, refused to do anything about it. Stated her manager is not in today. My bathtub was disgusting as was the toilet seat cover when I fist checked in and there were no towels!!! I asked of there was a pool last night knowing I saw one on Booking.com and that same lady lied to me and stated there wasn't one. But after walking the premisis I found a HUGE pool. I had my sign up to please clean my room and maid staff told me " You do it yourself!" Unbelievable!

No hot water in either of the 2 rooms we had . Roaches everywhere - bathtub, floors, in the fridge. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Water dripping from ceiling in one of our rooms. Heater in one of the rooms didn't work. The 2 hand towels they did provide were stained. Filthy rooms. Brakfast = stale cereal, warm milk, watered-down juice. Staff clueless. Manager never available. We tried getting a refund after our first sleepless night due to the bugs crawling around and having no hot water. Staff at the desk said they weren't authorized to give refunds and the manager wasn't available. Wouldn't give us manager's name and contact information. I am still fighting for a refund. They ruined our

    BED BUG

FAT BED BUGS First of all the service at the front seat was just ridiculously slow and in helpful. There was no elevator, to get up to the 2nd floor with all of our stuff. And the WORST of all was THE FATTEST BED BUG IVE EVER SEEN. just disgusting!! will never come back & i better not get charged!

These people couldn't find my reservation through super.com so I ended paying twice for one night and told me that I got scammed online I called super.com and the reservation were legit so now I have figure a way to make my money back. They have water leaking from the second level dripping now into a 40 gallon drum thats already to the rim. Nothing nice about this hotel

When I walked in there was no warm welcome! More like a hostel over in old Germany! If ya catch my drift! Before we were able to do anything a deaf lady ran up to tell the front desk guy there was a fire in hallway 143! They didn't even run! We had also asked for conjoining rolls as we are a family! And not only did they not give us one but put us across the hall From our kids and then got mad that we kept going across the hall! And since I'm on one in this review.....let's talk about how I called prior to our stay to make sure the pool was open! They said yes! When we got here the pool was all of a sudden closed! We asked how we could cancel the second night and the front desk guy refused! The only reason it's getting one star is due to the comfy beds!

I was in town to visit a college nearby, and o my god. When we walked in the man at the front desk was not at all friendly. We checked in and went to the room and did our usual shock for bed bugs, etc. When we lifted up the mattress there was a bottle of alcohol underneath, and some weird stain on the sheet. In the bathroom, one of the towels was dirty and there was what appeared to be a smashed roach on the wall. The carpets were filthy, walls were filthy, and even the table was sticky. I do not recommend this place at all!

Lamp damaged and not working (4th room we finally started taking pics of the rooms)

I can honestly say there's was nothing good about this property! The first room they gave us the lights and fridge didn't work! (I carry medication that needs to be refrigerated ) we went to the front desk to ask for a new room. They gave us a key card for a new room. upon entering the new room there was someone in there! stuff was all over the room! We immediately went down and asked for a new room! (for obvious reasons!) they then gave us a new card to a room across the way! this room was COVERED in bugs! looks like the room wasn't cleaned for weeks! stove was busted and black, fridge was pulled out and had black mold in it, and the shower was BLACK! (video proof of bugs will not be posted but showed to front desk). we go back down and explain that we were not staying in the room due to the bugs! gave us ANOTHER room and when we got into the 4th room there was holes in the wall, broken lights, needles in the AC, pee in the toilet, a couch that was picked apart. we put our things down and waited a few minutes before going back up and requesting a refund. the front desk person refused our refund and put us in another room. the 5th room we got was the best but still visibly dirty and run down. could not walk barefoot anywhere in the room. No towels were in the room. durning the second day of our stay we were awoken by a front desk lady banging on our door asking us to search the room (that we've already been in for a whole day) for a pair of sunglasses. when we told her they were not there she came back with the gentleman who lost the sunglasses and he entered our room and searched through our stuff looking for them! not to mention durning check in the first day when we were going from room to room the front desk was completely rude and rolled his eyes when we showed him the video of the room with all the bugs! there was at least 15-20 bugs visible in the room in the short 2 minutes we were in there! not to mention he gave us a room where obviously someone was staying!!! NOT safe!! Also- the second day we were there we got locked out of our room and had to wait a good while to get another card since no one was present! I'm assuming info wasn't passed on that we changed rooms! durning our stay the hallways smelt strong of smoke (cigarettes and marijuana) and the people staying there were obviously on drugs. outside the side door we saw someone openly using drugs and another couple making out and doing other lewd activity's. Around 2am there was a gentleman looking through vehicles and checking door handles. went to the front desk to report but again no one was present. Also no breakfast like advertised! not sure if they ran out or there was not any at all but there was juice machines that looked like were were not being used? (Wouldn't eat it after seeing the bugs anyway) overall this was the dirtiest , sketchiest, and most unfriendly and unsafe hotel I've EVER been! not sure how they get away with what they are doing but I contacted the health department, and honestly the pictures they have on booking.com are not what you will get and I would say this is false advertising and I feel like I was scammed out of my money! worst decision I ever made was staying here! save your money and time!!!! Spend the extra $20 a night and stay across the street! Please note Eagan is a very safe community and this was the first time I have ever felt at risk and unsafe in Eagan! Such a prime location too!

No shower curtain whole trip, even asked several times a day.

This is an awful hotel. While it gets 1 star for being super quiet in the room, the room itself was awful. No shower curtain thru my whole trip. Complained several times but still no curtain to shower, but the lady at front desk gave me a sheet to use as a curtain at least. Towels were all stained, bed sheets stained, discolored and did not fit the bed even. Alarm clocked plugged in but doesn't turn on (trust me I pushed all buttons). Would not recommend. No remotes for TVs in rooms. Have to ask for one at desk. No housekeeping either to be seen. Beds are lumpy and saggy as well, definitely old. Also no breakfast, even tho governors ban has been lifted.

    Roach in the shower.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhappy to be there, and it took 28 minutes per drink, which is simply unacceptable. The bar was extremely understaffed, and the gentleman bartending that evening was very rude, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. (Dec 16th) While we truly enjoyed spending time with friends, it was clear the venue was not prepared for an event of this magnitude. There was no clear flow or guidance for guests, and many people were confused about how the experience was supposed to work. You were yelled at by the bartender if you stood next to the bar to get a drink. To make matters worse, the cost was extremely high - about $150 per couple for just a couple of drinks and a wood-fired pizza. For that price point, expectations are understandably much higher. Beautiful space, disappointing execution. With better staffing, training, and organization, this could be a great holiday destination-but as it stands, it fell short.

I shared the two queen beds with another college friend and the room was spacious. It was nice and clean except for the A/C was not working very well since I got hot and cold throughout the night so didn't get a good night's rest. It was nice that they offer a regular dorm room size fridge and microwave. I had some homemade guacamole so it was nice to be able to use the fridge keep it from spoiling. The breakfast in the morning was nice for the weekend starting at 7am and goes till 10am. It's a nice selection of hot and continental food items. I like that they have two different kinds of individual instant oatmeal. The coffee was ok and wish that they could have provided a green tea selection instead of just black tea. The price was reasonable with parking, breakfast included. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. I didn't like that hotel guests were not adhering to the 25 feet rule for smoking near the back door on the first level to parking area near Holiday Inn Express and Suites hotel next door. Overall, I would definitely stay here again because it was close to downtown Eagan and you can walk to most places near by.

To check into the Towneplace Suites in Minneapolis is to enter a dialogue with the…read moreelements--specifically, the aggressive, unyielding elements of the Interstate and the Great Plains wind. This is not a room for the silence-seeker; it is a resonant chamber where the howling of the midnight gale and the rhythmic drone of passing sedans are treated as a mandatory soundtrack, unbuffered by anything so pedestrian as soundproofing. The climate control within the suite offers no sanctuary. The HVAC unit operates with a chaotic, binary temperament, oscillating wildly between a Saharan blast and a sub-arctic chill. It is a machine in the throes of an identity crisis, ensuring that any hope of a stable, human temperature remains a distant, shivering dream. Morning brings the "inclusive" breakfast, a term used here with a heavy dose of irony. One must approach the buffet with the discerning eye of a forensic investigator. The eggs--rubbery, unidentifiable, and possessing a hue that defies the natural spectrum of poultry--are, to be charitable, a visual deterrent. They are best treated as an installation piece rather than a meal. The seasoned traveler will find their only refuge in the pre-packaged safety of the yogurt; it is the sole pillar of reliability in a sea of culinary uncertainty. Then, there is the matter of the "hospitality" of the ledger. To charge for parking in this specific patch of Minneapolis urbanity feels less like a convenience and more like a quiet, white-collar crime. It is a fiscal audacity that the weary guest is expected to swallow along with their lackluster coffee. For those seeking a tactical advantage, the nearby Chili's parking lot stands as a beacon of free-market rebellion. It is a short, defiant walk that saves you the surcharge and offers a final, silent protest against a stay that feels more like an endurance test than a rest. In short: Pack your earplugs, guard your wallet, and for the love of all that is holy, stick to the dairy.
