Clean, chic lobby.
Bee W.

The junior suite was comfortable and offered fridge, microwave, mini breakfast area, clean bath and vanity, business nook, iron, king bed and sofa sleeper...among other delights. The hotel itself is clean, well organized, and modern. Breakfast leaves you feeling like you are important...nothing like the usual complimentary bfast selection. And when there are more people than seats in the main area, an overflow is created using an adjacent conference room. Clean hallways and no awkward smell. Non-smoking is exactly that. Everywhere I turn is interesting decor. Great amenities and a friendly team to help with all your needs. At one point, there were fresh cookies at the front desk. Would recommend for anyone looking for savings without sacrificing value.

Clean and crisp!

Room is nice except the acoustics are TERRIBLE. I clearly heard my neighbor and everything in the hall.

I've stayed in a lot of downtown Minneapolis hotels that cost hundreds of dollars per night, and haven't been this impressed ever!

So, as long as you don't need to actually be in your room for work, rest, or other, that should be fine. I came here to rest my spouse is at a nearby hospital having surgery. It was easier resting at the hospital. No rest here. The sheets smelled like they don't use soap on them. Even after I inquired if they had been washed, and it looked like the bed had been made, the sheets still smell less than fresh. Front desk staff was nice. TV placement was odd, but that was the least of the issues here. The breakfast was good. Cool to have chia seeds and healthier options than bagels and cereal. I wish there was a tub vs a shower only, but I need to start requesting that when I book. Signage could be better. Really hard to find, and sorta lost in a sea of apartments and restaurants.

We were having family over for a Christmas Eve dinner and the manager actually went and bought us a proper stock pot and some other kitchen supplies to help us make the best o dinner possible. The staff are really great! From desk staff to kitchen staff, they were all so lovely to us! Ariel in the kitchen took special care at breakfast and made us feel so welcome, and let me practice my Spanish with her. Devin was so helpful at the front desk. The maintenance staff (Davin?) was friendly and kind and helped us several times. This is what made our stay so great, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

We were allowed in our room, but we were never issued a key and in the morning the housekeeper came and said that we needed to leave, but we had called down and they said there was an 11 o'clock check out which created all more confusion. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated and they could even though things were stressful. They could've given us a little more orientation of the property could've made the visit could been smoother We didn't get the access to the pool in the morning, we didn't know it wasn't available. The stay could've been better and by any assessment.

The parking lot is big. There was construction at the front of the building, however, which frustratingly blocked direct access to the convention area from the outside. It also meant no cars could drive up to the main entrance, which wasn't ideal considering the amount of rain over that weekend. Check-in was fast and included the famous chocolate chip cookie. My room was on the 10th floor. There were four elevators and all were in working order. I rarely had a wait. I usually could make it from the 2nd floor, where the convention occurred, to my room in a minute or two. My room had a single comfortable bed. A mini fridge was hidden in the cabinet under the TV, and the door latched so securely that I just left it ajar so I didn't have to fight it. There was a lot of space in the bedroom and the bathroom, but there is very little bathroom counter space. The tub/shower is a bit weird but not hard to figure out. There are large pumps on the wall for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which are so much better than the tiny bottles! That said, the shampoo bottle was either almost out or clogged, as I had to fight to get anything out of it for my two showers. The ceiling in the bathroom had significant bubbling indicative of a water leak or overflow from above at some point. My room was very quiet at night. I didn't even need ear plugs. The street noise didn't even stand out during the day because of how the building is set back from the main thoroughfare. The convention spaces seemed perfectly serviceable, too, and were kept clean. I'm left with an okay impression of the hotel. I'd be fine staying here again for this convention, but the building is showing some considerable wear.

The front desk staff were amazing! Very friendly and we got cold water bottles to start, which was an unexpected but great surprise! We were on the 17th floor! Loved the views! My boyfriend and I drank wine and enjoyed the night views before dinner. The room was very comfortable! The bed was soft yet firm and the pillows were feather. It just had a luxurious feel to it! The tv in the room was huge! There is a minibar but of course it's expensive! There was a shower with a rainfall shower head, as well as a large soaking tub! Felt so good! All of the complimentary products smelled amazing! There are food/ bar options on the property. I have heard good things about them! We opted to go to Stock and Bond which is about a mile away and was VERY GOOD! While we were at dinner, someone brought up a chilled bottle of prosecco and small dessert. There was also a card of my boyfriend's birthday! A very welcome touch! This place does have breakfast you can order to your room! Or lunch, dinner, snacks, depending on the time of day. The menu looks great! This is a beautiful and clean property! Everyone was very friendly and I would happily stay here again!

There is no way that the maid staff didn't know that already then chose to not do anything about it. I was a single woman staying in a strange place and all that was on staff were men. Well, the door and the door frame are so messed up. You can't even get the thing to close without slamming it. Then I was afraid to even do that because I thought I might be able to get back out of the bathroom. The mattress is horrible. I read reviews and noticed a lot of people had a good experience here so I said let me give it a try. Me and my 2 friends were in Minnesota for the weekend so we decided maybe we should save a little bit of money and book this hotel. As soon as we got there we already did not like that atmosphere there was a little bit of the smell, but we said let's try anyway we get our key cards and just walk to the room. Just walking through the halls we were uncomfortable it gave the vibes that illegal things were even going on there possibly . When got in our room there was a thick smell, and we could not bear it. It was terrible and we aren't even the type of people to judge too harshly. We kept looking around the room to find our curtains were ripped up, there was bugs stuck to the door, and there were odd stains on the chairs as well as running down the fireplace all pictured in this review. The beds looked extremely outdated, and we had read that this was supposed to be the Ramada of the year point. This could not even pass as a lower end Ramada if we're being honest. Very disappointed, we went up to the person who checked us in and we asked for a refund that same night because we were getting ready to book another hotel within an hour of us being there. When we asked could we get a refund he told us that we booked it through a third-party app and that the money is going to them we asked is there anything you can do and with an attitude he goes "I could check you guys out" which was very upsetting because it was clear we made it clear we wanted a refund or some sort of compensation for the 3 days worth of money we would be losing. We decided to still book another room at a different hotel and we went and stayed at a friends until our check-in for the other hotel was ready cause we couldn't even imagine spending a night there. We came back the next day and checked out at about 1 o'clock since they told us that they cannot refund us. Eventually we called Priceline customer service who told us apparently the manager at the front desk was bluffing and our money was not with Priceline the money that we paid was with Ramada itself. Priceline was kind enough to refund one days worth but I feel like that's not enough for what we experienced but at this point all I can do is warn others not to waste their hard earned money here.
