Jim, owner and long time operator is happy to serve you. Lovely gentleman. Friendly workers. Great comforting food! Great prices too!

I have now tried several dishes here and have enjoyed all of them. The building is older and such, but well kept. It has so much character and charm.....and smells so good. I love eating here. And the owner and his workers have been so friendly and welcoming. The food is terrific. The lunches are so filling. I'm so tired of the generic chain restaurants....if we want these gems that make a city unique and warm and wonderful we all should seek them out. You can't go wrong here.....

The restaurant is on the lower lever of the casino and it still made you feel as if you were in a restaurant, you heard no noice from the casino. We had a server who was AWESOME!!! Brandon! Please if you go ask for Brandon he's THE BEST and very understanding. I told him I like my drinks pretty, and strong, and that is EXACTLY what I got! The restaurant staff is very understanding and just overall GIVES SUPER-B Customer Service. Oh and the bathroom is a good place for selfies!!! Will definitely come back AGAIN and Again. And YES the food was FREAKING GOOD AS WELL!! I wanted to take the whole staff home with me!!! Oh and the bread is SIMPLY AMAZING *chefs kiss*

The restaurant and staff were very accommodating to us and found a table and made space for our son and his stroller. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice almost romantic. Our waiter Kyle was absolutely great. He answered the questions that we had regarding the menu and recommended a few wines to go with our meal. He was very gracious regarding our son as well. We also really enjoyed the fact that he waited until we were about halfway done with our appetizer before he placed our entrée order with the cooks. He made sure that we had enough time to finish our appetizer before our dinner plates arrived, which was a very nice touch. There are not many restaurants and staff that do this. We tried the charcuterie, board and bread for our appetizers. The charcuterie board presentation was beautiful and it was a very tasty board as well. The bread was good, but nothing outstanding. Myhusband ordered the paparadelle and I ordered the rigatoni. Both dishes were very good. The restaurant also treated us to a complementary celebratory dessert of tiramisu, which was a very nice touch.

A very pleasant Italian eatery experience. I ate in at…read moreJack's for lunch and it is clear this should be thought of as more than just a pizzeria. The seats are all really comfortable looking, the service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The menu isn't vast, so there's faith that the food is being cooked for real. Tried today were: A slice of regular cheese and Sicilian cheese pizzas, a meatball grinder, and seafood ortolana (from the specials menu). Sicilian cheese - thick crust that wasn't too heavy. Very airy and crunchy. The sauce is a little sweet, but the overall slice was really good, especially with some parmesan added on top. Regular cheese - thin crust, crunchy but still pliable. This one needed the parmesan because I felt it was pretty bland on its own. Meatball grinder - soft meatballs with mild seasoning, that sweet sauce, melted cheese, on a bread that was toasted but not overly flavorful. A solid grinder that is acceptable in every way but not blowing you away. Seafood ortolana - while this is a special, I can see that they know how to mostly cook seafood (the scallops cooked way too long and were tough as a result, but the shrimp and calamari were just right) and pasta. I like that the vegetables were cooked to where they still had a bite to them, no one wants soggy squash. There was a flavor tone that I was never able to pin down, I thought maybe propane? jarred minced garlic?, something with a sweet back end but sharp front end. In any case, it hovered on the edges of every bite, becoming inescapable and not overly pleasant. In general, this is a good restaurant, I'll be trying other food here in the future and can say that I'm confident you could have a nice meal here too. In terms of handicapped access, their main parking lot has one spot, but then steps to get in. A single parking spot with ramp access is available on the back side of the restaurant, looks to be where employee parking is as well.

But after finding out how Delicious the Todd's English Tuscany buffet was I now make an exception. Eggs Benedict, the best cooked bacon that I've ever eaten, Mixed salad, French Toast and more. I get my diet coke and I'm all set now and surprise that I even forget about gambling for a while. First before I go into any of my food reviews, I have to tell you come prepared it was absolutely freezing in this restaurant it seemed like they had the air on. They say they tried to call people. It was frigid in there the entire time. To start off our trip to Tuscany we agreed with a very pleasant waitress who was very quick to take our drink water in any appetizers. We were then greeted with some warm bread, olive tapenade and hummus. Which was a very tasty bite. Our lemon martinis with a sugar rim or fantastic. Our food came out rather quickly. The lobster bisque was a good portion. It had nice pieces of lobster in it not too thick not too salty probably one of the better ones. I've had the meatballs came out with a portion of four large meat meatballs topped with ricotta cheese, very flavorful and tender. Thankfully, all the food stayed hot while we had freezing cold air blowing on us. Next thing may sound a little weird, but they redid the seating covers on the benches and they're made out of this leather Ish suede style material and when you try to get in your clothes, don't move with it so you kinda have to hop in and out of your seat or else, your clothes are gonna roll. While it gives you a warm feeling of the atmosphere it's not very easy to get in and out of your seats. Overall, it was a great trip. I only give the three star ratings because it was really freezing in there and almost unbearable because we didn't have jackets. Just be prepared and enjoy!

I'm a little embarrassed writing this due to how often I frequent this place. I would just like to…read moresay that no, the$60 worth of food I am frequently picking up is not for me. I discovered this place late at night one night due to pregnancy cravings for potato skins. I literally googled "Norwich potato skins" and this wonderful establishment was the first result on Google. And I am so glad my cravings (fate) brought us together. Myself and the whole staff at my office have ordered so much of this menu that I'll just cover it by saying the food is consistently good. Family pizza joints in New England are a dime a dozen but the issue is they are rarely consistent nor is every item on the menu good. Tulli's is the exception. Salads are massive and fresh, the clam strips are fresh, pizza is delicious, grinders large and filling, chicken fingers are massive, and the potato skins....worth the Google search. I'm sure I'll be in sometime this week, picking up another massive order :)

From what I have gathered there's a crew that gets it, and a crew that doesn't give a crap. I've ordered the same thing the same way and get different amounts of meat each time. I pay for extra meat because they are a bit skimpy with their cold meats. I've paid for extra meat 5 times and have received extra meat twice and one of those correct times was because I ate there. The time I ate there was a quiet and pleasant experience. Tall blonde haired kid was my server, I say kid with respect, you can tell he's young but he was also very respectful. Everything came out timely and perfect. I'm not sure I'll be ordering takeout anytime soon. Could you imagine opening the grinders in store to make sure there's extra meat before ya leave? Cringe, no thanks. Just make it right to begin with. These sandwiches are not cheap especially when I'm gluten free and have to pay en extra $5 for the bread I can eat. The grinders are great when made to your liking, I'll give them that.

The guy behind the register was mumbling under his breath about 'no sugar content in the food' and said 'they ask a lot of questions.' He is lucky he doesn't have to ask those kind of questions and shouldn't be mumbling under his breath when paying customers are asking questions so they do not cause a spike in blood sugar that could cause a hospital visit. 3) Only one picnic table to sit outside. Now the good: 1) The lady who took our order was really nice, she asked how we wanted the sandwich prepped and answered our questions. 2) They offer an extra meat option for those who like a more filling sandwich. 3) The small sandwiches are rather large. So, if you have a TMJ problem, you may want to consider a bun instead of a grinder bread. 4) the cannolis are delicious, even better than the cannolis my spouse bought at Mike's Pastry in Boston (we waited 30+ minutes in line. So, the good outweighs the bad so we will visit again next time we are in town.
