Quick and easy place for good brew food and the prices are great especially for the amount of food you get! I left stuffed and super happy. My server Thomas was awesome and attentive. I'll be back! Very fun ambiance.

What a great little spot! I was so happy to find a place that still was serving stouts as many places stop during the summer months. We had an appetizer, a burger, & chicken & all were tasty. Their outdoor patio seating was nice & indoors was cozy. The servers/bar staff were great. Tusen takk for et fint besøk!

Been driving by here for years , always busy in the summer. I got take out without any alcohol. It was 6:45 pm Friday . My guest and I ordered the same things , beer onion Soup and brewers burger. I'm not a beer drinker. So I'll start with the soup , I got it to go so they put the cheese in the soup. It was not cheddar and it didn't melt. What ever cheese they used , a hard cheese over powered the soup and took over the flavor. It came with crostini on the side but didn't eat it as there was no cheese to top it . The burger was supposed to be local beef and cooked medium . It was not medium . It was the most dry flavorless burger I've ever had . It was supposed to have malt aioli . I didn't taste it . The lettuce was bad. Fries were soft not double fried. No to go menus . I have to say the prices were pretty high especially for the quality we got . This food left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back. Might be a good place just to grab a beer .

Ambiance: 9/10 Hometown support: 10/10 Beer selection: Idk bc I don't drink anymore but I'm guessing 9.5/10 Service: 10/10 Creativity: 9.5/10 So I give a 4 out of 5 for a couple reasons: 1) it was like 65° in the dining room. In July that's great, in January, it's less than desirable. 2) although the foods presentation and creativity were top notch, I think it just barely missed the mark as far as taste goes. The sauce selections/varieties were awesome but the flavor itself fell short. The fries were good, but half of the basket was the little crispy bottom of the bag stuff that is hard to pick up (came out super hot though!) Our chicken sandwiches were okay, but again, lacked the flavor that I felt the menu described. Not bad, just not something I want to rush back and get. We had a blast playing Cards Against Humanity and our service was awesome. If it was a bit warmer, we would have stayed longer and played another round. I bet in the summer the patio is where it's at, I would definitely come back again. *Oh yeah, Mac + Cheese was pretty good and HUGE servings.*

Great beer and awesome food! Fresh, cold, crisp beer with delicious, fresh spot on summer salad including mixed greens, cumcumber, and strawberries topped with feta cheese and an unbelievable blueberry dressing. She loved, loved, loved her perfectly cooked burger topped with aoli sauce. We both washed everything down with fresh tasting Farm Saisson. Perfect and highly recommended.

Went here for lunch and didn't realize they only had the brunch menu available. I can't remember the name of the sandwich I got but I recall it coming with an egg and ordered a side of home fries. The home fries were mehhh. I think they were trying to do something to make it special and put seasoning but it just made the fries taste sweet (almost like they were sweet potatoes), which I did not enjoy. The sand which itself was mediocre and seemed over priced considering how it tasted. I went with my mom who got veggie hash. It was good but nothing extraordinary. This place is pretty small (the indoor seating anyway) and doesn't have much space for large parties (larger than 5 unless you're okay with splitting up). It was super cold inside when I went. It was already cool outside (in the 50s) and it felt like the ac was being blasted with the fans all running. I couldn't even enjoy the food because I was so cold and it made the food go cold much faster. The service was also ok, nothing extra ordinary but nothing bad to say. Overall it just seemed overpriced for what it is. I'd be interested to see what their dinner menu looks like tho. The options seemed too limited.

Such a gem of a spot! Norway Brewing is off the beaten path. If you're from the area, odds are you've heard about it. If you're from away, it's worth the trip! We wandered into Norway Brewing after spending the day exploring. We had heard only good things about the beer and the food, and needed to see for ourselves if it lived up to the hype. The establishment itself it's super cute and hip. It's decorated with light teal accents and tasteful decor that make you feel happy. As for food, their menu rocks, and we had a tough time choosing what to eat. We finally decided on a flight of beer and the pulled pork poutine. 10/5!!!! The fries were crispy, the gravy was homemade, the cheese curds were fresh, and the pulled pork was tangy. It was the perfect balance of all things holy. SUPER impressed with this dish. For me, the beer left something to be desired. I did like one of the beers I tried, but wasn't wow'd by them. However, do not let this deter you from visiting!! No two beer palates are the same. Also, they have ample decks of Uno on hand, which make any afternoon more fun. If you're in the area or on your way back south from a frosty ski excursion at Sunday River, stop in and warm up at Norway Brewing-- you'll leave happy! 4/5!

Decent beer, mostly low ABV. Went on a Sunday & there was a limited menu. A little pricy for what we got. Will give it another shot.

I love a place that will allow you to order all flats, I will happily pay extra for all flats. I won't even entertain eating the upper part of the wing, too many things happening up there. I always order my wings as chicken, flavored sawdust. I've had salmonella more than once from chicken wings, but I love them too much to stop eating them. These were cooked perfectly! The burger on special was a two patty smash burger with grilled pineapple pickle onions, and a sweet Thai chili aïoli. I added fresh jalapeño and got the aïoli on the side because I wanted to see what it was like. I was really happy. I got it on the side because there was flavorless. It was basically mayonnaise that they mixed sweet Thai sauce with and called aïoli. Also, if it's a sauce that I don't know, I don't trust it, I don't want it on anything before I try it. I think that should be like rule of thumb. But the burger was awesome, I got it with dirty sweet potato fries. Which means I put some Cajun seasoning on it so it had that sweet, salty, spicy element that I love so much. They also have this delicious French pear martini on the specials menu. It was fantastic, it was fresh, bright, not overbearing. I hope that stays on the menu for a minute because it was LOVELY. And I took home a cute little dessert sampler that probably could've done without all the whipped cream over the little dessert squares, but my boys loved them!! Great place for lunch, really cool location, relaxed feel, don't forget to check out the little waterfall!!

It took about ten minutes to receive two beers and an appetizer, and there were no plates or silverware until we asked. The bartender never checked in or followed up, even when another guest nearby gave up after being ignored. The food was poor (overcooked), but the lack of basic hospitality made the entire experience feel uninviting. The food typically is average. Bartender spends her time on other employees who are eating. There have been multiple similar experiences with this bartender. The simplest way to ruin a bar is when this happens...patterns of slow service, poor communication, or unprofessional behavior that keep repeating. Same staff, languishing customer volume.

Beer purists may find the brews to be average, but I'm more than happy with the variety of beers offered and satisfied with the ones I tried, especially the Peanut Butter Milk Stout, There is also hard seltzer ("hard water") that can be flavored with any of the Italian soda flavors, a hard tea, and hosted cider, all gluten free, as well as mixed drinks. No question there is something for everyone. So happy to have more food items to choose from to go with the beers. A nice assortment of options at a reasonable price point. I had a Rueben panini with kettle chips, which was satisfying. My friend has the Birchwood Signature Soft Pretzel that is made with spent grain from the beer production and served with warm beer cheese, which also was decent. A standout was the server - Ella Q - she was super helpful at explaining the menu, flights, and was so pleasant! Knew just when to check in, and when to give us space. Bottom line - a solid local option for food & beer with great service on this particular evening, and live music on some nights. Grab your friends, have a flight or a pint, some food, and be happy that this option is available in Gray.

They have come a long way and look different in 2025 while still having a good amount of charm and uniqueness it had back then. As you could imagine by the name and the fact they opened in a former Naval Air Station they go heavy on the plane theme. Beer names especially and they offer a good variety of beer styles and have non-beer options for those not interested as well. I have enjoyed every visit including my many visits over the years here. The best time to visit is during the summer or at least nicer weather to fully enjoy their outside space. Arguably the best addition since their opening has been their food program. Think wood fire pizza and some other non-pizza offerings. My wife and I have had their pizza in the past and very much enjoyed it. This time though my wife got their Italian on Focaccia and I got one of their Chicken Bacon Ceasar sandwiches. Instead of typical bread it used a folded pizza dough and both our dishes tasted phenomenal. If you visit trying their food is a must, do not skip on it! Beer wise today we sampled four beers new to us. I got Wings their NEIPA & Vuelo Nocturno Mexican Lager while my wife got their Plane Beer American Lager and the Krösswind Kölsch. We enjoyed all four of them and we were glad to have found so many on tap we had yet to try! Flight Deck may not be an immediate thought when you think of Maine Breweries but they deserve recognition. Offering a well rounded variety of beers and other drinks along with some great food in a unique inviting space! Add it to your brewery bucket list!

There are so many seating options inside and outside, and the outdoor space is especially great. They have covered areas that keep you comfortable in rainy or cold weather, and there are always fun activities happening outside. The beer is consistently good. We haven't tried one we didn't enjoy. The pizza and sandwiches are also really solid and perfect for grabbing a quick lunch. The service is always fantastic. Every person behind the bar has been friendly and welcoming each time we've visited. One of the things we appreciate most is that they allow dogs inside. Our puppy loved relaxing while we enjoyed our food and drinks, which makes it such an easy spot for dog owners. The location on a former military base adds a really unique atmosphere, and they do a great job leaning into that theme with thoughtful details throughout. Overall, it's a great place with great beer, great people, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend. Cheers!
