I had to dispose of everything. I have pictures and video of everything. I thought I would get reimbursed once I filed a claim. My policy which they suggest you get when you sign up for the storage, was for $3000.00, lo and behold it will only give you $250.00 for rodent damage. "We don't have a number for the owner." ?! How do you "contact" them then?! Sounds like all they have in the office is an email address (hard to tell, this person is not a native English speaker), in any case, I'm still getting a run around to get my original money back two months after they were unable to accommodate me and my trailer.
