Ordering food was easy and fast, though since I was unfamiliar with the menu, I probably took a little longer than most people. There wasn't anyone else in line, though. The guy taking my order sighed quite loudly a few times while I was reviewing the menu. Maybe it was just heavy breathing. Not sure, but that didn't make me feel welcomed. I waited and waited. Just ordered a Double Classic with no cheese and fries - very basic. 15 minutes goes by. Nothing. I go to the counter and they say someone touched it and they had to remake it. OK, cool. Give them a few minutes to remake my burger. But my fries were ready. 10 more minutes pass. Nothing. I go back to the counter and they say they're just about done. OK. A minute later it's brought to my table. But guess what - it has cheese in it. I take it back and they have to remake one. 2 minutes later, I get my correct burger. So basically, almost half an hour to get my burger. I'm starving by this point, so I eat it quickly and leave. It was a basic burger. Unacceptable. I really want to give 1 star only, but added one because of the multiple (though unnecessary if they got it right the first time) remakes of my burger.

I'm definitely returning for that burger every time!! Customer service was awesome! They have some nice young men working at the counter as well! 10/10 ‼‼

Every time, I always get the same thing: The Classy Lady. I highly recommend this savory dog along with some mac n' cheese. It's the perfect pairing for a mid-day meal or comforting dinner. The sign caught my wife's eye and since we were hungry, it was kind of perfect. Our kids had never been here before and it was a good opportunity to expose them to a great late-night diner with plenty of vegetarian options (our favorite thing about this place) downtown. We each ordered a veggie dog in a different style and we grabbed some sides as well - totchos, fries, and pretzel bites! The kids loved their sides. We are still opening their eyes to different types of foods, so it was a stretch for them to order a veggie dog at a restaurant that had unique toppings! Next time, we'll have them get charred and not steamed. I thought steamed would be the way to go, but I forgot my oldest has become accustomed to veggie dogs on the grill during marching band season. I tried the veggie brat out of curiosity. I could honestly take it or leave it over a charred veggie dog. I like both about equally. Overall, great experience. Our server was great, friendly, and accommmodating, and our food tasted great! I hope we can talk the kids into coming again to try a different combination. It's such a fun place that fits our family vibe.

Some people think it's one of the best restaurants ever! They rave about the sauce as if it's magical. While it's good, I'd rather have more than one choice. With that being said, Guy Fieri and his 20 choices are a bit much, but somewhere in between would be nice. Spicy would be good. The tenders were moist and fresh and good with or without the sauce. I ended up using the sauce more on the fries than the chicken as they could use a bit more help. DIY Drink Refills too which is a plus (take note, Chick Fil A) The Texas toast is 10-stars on its own. I think next time I'm just getting Tenders and Extra Texas Toast and making a kick-ass sandwich. Or just fold the Texas toast around a tender for a Chicken Bread Taco. The staff was super friendly which is always a plus. The plaza it kind of awkwardly designed so be careful if you're zipping in. I'm sure I'll be back as when I stay in Columbus, I'm usually in this area and it's convenient to the hotel.

I ordered the CHICKEN SANDWICH which I did enjoy. I found the chicken to be covered in a crunchier coasting that some other chains, but it's flavour was a little bland to me. The dipping sauce is very important to me at a chicken chain. I like to dip fries and chicken tenders (if ordered). I was not a fan of the Raising Cane signature Cane sauce.
