The customer service was great and you will get full and wanting more. I loved that it's open up to 3am. This spot is very good for them late night munches. That's how I found out about this place. Everything was delicious the meat is so tender it falls off the bone. I have no complaint at all. Whenever I get the craving of some oxtails I will go to this place right here. I like how easy it is to order your food and when it's ready you get a text and your all good to go. I enjoyed the cookie that they give also. It's a nice clean facility and well organized. I collect bones and I was able to add new bones to my collection. Great food and food was ready on a timely manner. If you want real oxtails go here.

That name's a bit misleading, since it is not like other food halls in town with dine-in areas. It is a pickup location only, mainly geared towards delivery services but you can go in yourself. It's in an industrial building in a grimy area, off Cleveland north of 5th. Pull up and park (carefully, since the small lot is sloped and it can get busy with Uber drivers.) Go in, and things are definitely set up for delivery services, but walk up to the counter and tell them you are picking up for yourself, and the restaurant you ordered from. Service has always been friendly. There is a small waiting area. The options keep expanding, and there are a ton of interesting restaurants that operate from here. Startups, sometimes chains that are moving into town but don't have a building yet, etc. I've ordered from half a dozen places, and the food was always ready at the specified time, and yummy. It's handy for me, kinda sorta on my way to work, and it's not far off 71 so it is handy for many. Go to their website or those of the individual restaurants, order, pick up, enjoy!

I've tried their coneys and they're the typical coney (a small hot dog and choice of toppings). The prices are up to par for the casual type of place it is and they have a lot of menu options. One of my favorite menu items is the Tony's sub (Italian). We come here a lot for this ice cream. The kids soft serve cones are inexpensive and are a nice size. They have vanilla, chocolate, or twist and sometimes seasonal flavors. I've tried it once with the chocolate dip shell and it was delicious. It's convenient that they have a drive thru and walk up window as well, so l can get cones without having to take the kids out of the car. Menu might not be updated in prices due to inflation but you can ask before ordering.

I assumed he was speaking to me despite zero eye contact or even a "hi/hello/etc." while ordering he continued to not make ANY eye contact. It was so awkward and uncomfortable, I looked around and saw I was the only female non white patron and wondered if it was due to any of these factors. As I waited for my order, I saw this man ring up a variety of customers and saw he made eye contact with none of them. So atleast he has an all inclusive discrimination policy LOL! The service was so weird and uncomfortable, couldn't see myself coming back.

And it's not just a store. We actually came for the restaurant, which isn't much of a much, essentially the deli counter at the store. But oh, the treasures you'll find. They have a very basic menu- burritos, tortas, etc.- but arrayed in the cases are tons of premade bulk items. You can fill up a container with meats, rice, beans, whatever. Too much to choose from. Drinks were pretty much horchata or hibiscus, but of course you can grab a bottle from nearby coolers, and there is an actual bar right there too. We dined in, essentially felt like a food court. And had some of the best Mexican food in town. Beef in several sauces, ribs done 5 ways, a couple kinds of rice and beans, and much more. I was stuffed. Baby K got a cheese quesadilla and said it was the best she ever had, for what that's worth (it looked really good.) The horchata was very good. My friend had a torta plus some ribs and beef, and loved all of it. Then we went to the market, and it was a blast too. Got some baked goods, candy, drinks, etc. Plenty of dry goods, produce, meats, and much more. Friendly helpful staff, though a definite language barrier so be patient and remember your high school Spanish. We'll definitely be back. Lots of good food to try, and new ingredients to explore. Plus their macaroni salad looked amazing.

There was only one server because they were short staffed and it was only three people working that day. One person to serve one person to check out iand the cook. The server was very loud and expressing how bad she didn't wanna work there and how they were hiring how she needed help and how she don't make enough as a customer. I thought it was very unprofessional. After awaiting at our table for 20 minutes, she finally access what we wanted to eat and we place an order. She never brought our drinks out so after we received our food, our food was wrong. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with bacon and ham and extra sauce, she brought me out a pizza with ham and extra extra cheese. It just looked a mess and I asked for her to take it back. I didn't want it and she had an attitude the cook had an attitude so bad that they came out and said something to me my friend ordered her food and it was wrong but she still ate it. I had breakfast which they serve all day. The the gravy was very good, the biscuit it was okay. I might even had toast just to enjoy the gravy more. I have a feeling that the biscuits aren't always mediocre because there was a lot good about it, nice color, very big, I think it just had been around too long and I was at the restaurant 20 minutes before they closed. I had eggs, they prepared them exactly the way I asked and were very good. I really like their home fries I had a piece of ham just to experience the rest of the menu and that was very good.. you do have to note that it's thoroughly Christmas decorated all year long and that's kind of fun but they do play Christmas music but that's ok, maybe I wouldn't come in January because, you know you're sick of Christmas music by then, but definitely a fun atmosphere I definitely recommend this restaurant It's hard to find It's just a tiny little place off S High Street near SR 104, across from what used to be Dan's diner. The prices were very good I got out of there I think for about $14 but that's with two Cokes...and that's the bad thing about their prices.their soft drinks come in a can and they're $2 each which really is almost the kind of thing I wouldn't come back because of that, but the other prices on the menu more than make up for that.... if I hadn't had the cokes I would have gotten out of there for 10 bucks for a very big breakfast. I honestly think if they lowered the price of their cans of soda to $1.25 they would make more in the long run because there's a few people who won't come back when they pay $2 for a can of Coke But I must reinforce the prices of everything else were just very very good, very, very competitive... you get a lot for your money at Lois Mann's it has two or three big tables long tables that would seat a lot of people. So this would be a good place for groups. They are just barely five stars, but I'm hoping the biscuits are normally better and I guess the high price of soda is offset by the reasonable prices of everything else.
