Finally, I went up to the counter, only to be told that there were " 2 more orders" ahead of ours. So, the valuable lesson .... Shake Shack rewards the turnover of orders and so ... large orders languish as small orders that can be turned quickly get filled first. There are actually 2 queues .. go figure. What was disappointing about my burger was that the bottom bun was soaked in burger juices. I couldn't eat it, I just ate it without the bun. It was really disappointing that one of my favorite special memory places now became not so special. Other than that a great value for what you get.
