After a bit of hunting around last April, I found a listing on eCarOne's website for a 2022 Model S Palladium, fully loaded with lifetime FSD, as well as a very rare build spec. I decided to give them a shot, and was definitely not left disappointed. I can honestly say this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've had, especially making the switch from a Yukon Denali over to a Model S (very uncommon, no?). eCarOne guaranteed to match the trade-in offer of CarMax BEFORE they appraised my trade-in, and furthermore completely matched CarMax's offer (a very generous one, by the way) with no questions asked. The sales department, and my sales representative, Adam, were fantastic to work with from start to finish--professional, completely straightforward, and negotiable. As always, there may be some add-ons, but after some negotiations, eCarOne willingly lowered their non-haggle price just to ensure a smooth and easy sale! (Plus they gave a few extra add-ons included with the price!) Where eCarOne's experience really started to shine, though, was after purchasing. Most places usually leave you with whatever problems the car has. eCarOne did the exact opposite: I noticed the 3rd brake light had started to go out, amidst a couple of other minor issues. eCarOne fully covered the cost of my repairs AFTER I had purchased the vehicle, a bill of $2.4k if I had paid out of pocket. Furthermore, any inconveniences caused by this repair were also covered by their team. I am beyond astonished and impressed at this level of customer service. A few months later and the car is absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and their customers, I highly recommend and urge you to look at eCarOne, the sales department, and most importantly Adam and the manager, Michael, for standing behind their cars to the fullest extent. I would absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend checking their cars out!

I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel obligated to warn others…read more When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that even if I purchase the dealership's aftermarket warranty, I could not file a claim for the first 30 days. Naturally, I asked what would happen if something major occurred during that period. My salesperson assured me, and I later confirmed this in writing, that if something significant happened, such as an engine or transmission failure, the dealership would take care of it. Less than ONE HOUR after leaving the dealership, my vehicle broke down. The dashboard lit up with drivetrain and engine faults, leaving me stranded. I immediately called the dealership multiple times and texted the contacts I had been communicating with, but no one responded, despite later being told they were still at the dealership for another hour. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket to have the vehicle towed. The dealership kept my vehicle for about a week before telling me that their mechanic had determined it only needed a "software update." I expressed my concerns because that explanation didn't seem consistent with the issues I experienced. They assured me they had personally driven the vehicle for the previous three days, approximately 30 miles each way, without a single problem after the update without concern. I picked up the vehicle, and just 12 miles from the dealership, it broke down AGAIN with the same issues. At that point, I had it personally towed directly to my local Porsche dealership because I wanted a comprehensive diagnosis rather than another software update. Instead of showing concern, the dealership was upset that I didn't tow it back to them, insisting I should have because their repair supposedly carried a 30-day warranty. I also requested a copy of the diagnostic report from their mechanic. I was repeatedly told it was ready, yet it still took several days to receive it, and blamed me that when I was in person it was there... even though I asked and was not provided it when I was there. Even then, the report was missing fault codes that my own code reader had captured before I first turned the vehicle over to them. The Porsche dealership completed a full inspection and found a substantial number of mechanical issues, repairs totaling well over half the value of the vehicle. That confirmed exactly why I wanted an independent diagnosis instead of another software update. Once presented with those findings, the dealership quickly backed away from their earlier promise to cover major repairs. Rather than honoring what I had been told, they only agreed to refund my down payment and wanted the vehicle returned so they could send it back to auction. That statement alone was incredibly concerning after everything that had happened. To make matters worse, despite the fact that this situation began less than an hour after purchasing the vehicle, they refused to reimburse me for the expenses I incurred trying to resolve a problem that existed from day one. They wouldn't even cover both towing bills or the diagnostic inspection that ultimately revealed the true condition of the vehicle. Buying a car should be exciting.. not stressful, expensive, and full of broken promises. I have never experienced such poor communication, such little accountability, or such disappointing customer service from any dealership. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to think twice. My experience cost me significant time, money, frustration, stress, and trust. There are plenty of dealerships that stand behind the vehicles they sell and treat their customers with honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this is not one of them.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale.
