So, thanks to Knight's -- we were able to celebrate/maintain some kind of tradition! I ordered 12pcs and it came in two packages of 6 pcs each (~3lbs) at $12.99/lb. We were able to cut each piece in half so next time, I'll just order 6 pcs or 1 package! I called a couple days in advance for a Christmas Eve pick up and it was pretty seamless! Knight's Market is pretty easy to miss as it's a nondescript gray building, but worth a visit for an order ahead specialized meat order. If you need something immediately, the butcher inside Sparrow Market may be better as Knight's Market is relatively small and only has more common types of meats/cuts stocked regularly.
