Very thorough cleanings by competent hygienists, and I very much appreciate Dr. Adriene's approach and manner - she is straightforward, but willing to 'keep an eye' on a situation. In the past dentists generally criticized my teeth and recommended fillings "to avoid" situations. In the 7 years I have been coming to LeClair they have not upsold me once, and haven't pursued a single filling (wow!). My teeth are doing well. I moved away from beverly over 5 years ago, but still make the trek back every 6 months for a cleaning.

I had told them that I just had x-rays from my previous dentist and did not need them (since I do not currently have dental insurance, cost is important to me) but they did not listen and gave me x-rays anyways. The dentist was rather aggressive in discussing an unrelated medical issue (which I already am managing with my PCP) and pushing some very expensive dental work. I do not understand how so many people have left positive reviews for this office, and do not plan to go back.

This office seems to be all about money minus the actual kind of care and the treatment to help people get their dental care needs met they don't offer much else but waste your time and your insurance companies money for care that they don't even provide aside from the initial cleaning service they do cleaning services and they also provide the care that is not covered and expensive and unnecessary for patients, but aren't willing to actually give them real time and attention to fix the problems they are experiencing and don't care about saving teeth they care about charging the insurance companies even when they don't do any care They will clean your teeth however that's the extent of the care you will likely receive if you need any other kind of work done they don't care to help they will however book your cleaning within weeks and they don't have the time to book a filling thats 4 to 6 months out smh and they do offer the option of an extractions, unfortunately they aren't willing to provide that in their office they will likely send you elsewhere to have extractions provided , however thankfully for me the Dr whom was to do my extraction looked at my X-ray and was honest with me and asked why I was having my tooth removed and not getting any kind of saving treatment done on it and thankfully I switched my dentist to a different office and I still have that tooth that they would have had me get it extracted and it was not at that point and level of having it be extracted, but thankfully their are still good dentist out there that don't just care about the money only and they actually care for the people they bill without hesitation and sometimes without any actual care provided and i was hesitant to make this post but **if it saves someone else's time and unnecessary stress and pain it's worth the effort because this offices only interested in money minus the actual quality care involved they are not a good option for most people who need more than a cleaning kind of care but if you have the kind of teeth that only need cleanings and just the yearly cleanings than This is alright, an maybe to do unnecessary procedures that are expensive and not even covered by insurance companies because they aren't even necessary in the first place but if you can pay out of pocket for them then you got yourself a good chance at getting those needs met here, but If you need real care and want more than a polishing treatment and yearly cleaning kind of experience then go elsewhere .

Dr Frasca was wonderful, my old dentist retired and I have gone to Dr Frasca for the past 9 years. My family of 4 goes to him, my elderly parents have since begun to go to him and now my extended family does, also. He is very good, caring, kind, listens well. I am a big fan. He will take calls off hours, see you whenever he can because he understands you may be uncomfortable and doesn't want you to feel pain, and he is a good guy in addition to being a great dentist. His entire office is fantastic. They have a list of people to call when they get a cancellation and they will actually call you. I highly recommend them.

The last straw: I went in for a cleaning in March and they turned me away because of a health problem I had in February, and they said I had to wait 6 months or get a letter from my doctor. That part is fine and understandable, and I got a letter from my doctor saying I'm clear after 3 months. However, when I went back in early June the showed me a form that I needed to have my doctor sign, because the doctor letter was from March. I had never seen this form before , and if they provided me the form in March they would have been able to treat me at my appointment in June. Anyway, they're just very unprofessional and disorganized and I don't recommend them.

But when I recently cracked a tooth and began experiencing pain, I knew it would only get worse. My wife encouraged me to finally face my fear and use the extraction as an opportunity to get back to regular dental visits. Having just enrolled in new insurance, I searched the provider directory and chose Kowalski Dental cause I liked the name. I called and explained to the receptionist that I would soon be traveling for work, and the team graciously squeezed me in the very next morning. As a tech guy, I was extremely impressed by the efficient new-patient intake process. All the forms and consent documents arrived by text, allowing me to complete everything online before my appointment. When I arrived at the Beverly office, I noticed immediately before I even walked through the door that everyone seemed to be having a genuinely good day. The staff members were smiling and laughing, and I was welcomed warmly. The appointment I had been dreading was already off to a good start. The office was also absolutely spotless and when I got to the room to be seen I noticed right away that dental tech had changed so much since the last time I had been. After my X-rays, Dr. Kowalski evaluated the cracked tooth and carefully reviewed the images for any other potential concerns. He clearly explained everything he saw and what needed to be done right away. I reluctantly agreed to have the cracked molar, which also had an abscess, extracted. Thanks to plenty of Novocain, I didn't feel a thing during the short procedure. The entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Kowalski and his team were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout my visit. I've already scheduled a full cleaning and evaluation for next week, and I'm genuinely looking forward to working with them to restore my dental health. She would t bring the doctor back in and said "he put the floss through it" crown made on site and overlaps my gums in one spot which aggravates it. When I made another appointment to have this addressed I was kept at work for forced OT called to cancel and received a letter telling me I was welcome back. Horrible and that tooth needs to be redone.
