I was not happy with the way things were working there and said so. Now, years later, I can honestly say that they are much more organized and kempt. That being said, there are still some issues; i.e., like going in to not find everyday items I expected; certain hose bib size, specific type duplex receptacle and in late September/Early October, they were out of a common weed control product, Weed-B-Gone. I still go here regularly, though, and find it convenient because it is so close to the house and I don't have to travel to go to a big box (Home Depot/Lowes) and deal with the crowd, parking and size of the warehouses. So, all-in-all, the store is organized now and "mostly" has what knick-knacks I want with the occasional exception.

This was my 2nd time in the store and it will be my final. I have never had someone accuse me of stealing, especially with no reason to do so. It was an honest mistake. End all be all, Greg (the floor manager) clearly hates women, not to mention I'm 8 months pregnant - he confiscated my item (because he couldn't confirm that I didn't take it off the shelf - even though I didn't go near that isle) and refused to refund my $7. He claims because it was in a bag he could not confirm that I didn't take the item that day and "his count was off". Pretty much I walked in and was robbed myself. There was no upsell, and she was able to show the clusters of price ranges in their very large showroom so we could avoid the oh my gosh level of pricing. Currently, the best deal by far for all brass is Astor Marris but prices are fluctuating dramatically differently by brand. Their lowest price kitchen and bathroom pulls are not cheaply made products, they start at good, lots of intermediate better, and a startling selection for those for whom money is no object. We also got some work gloves and a smoke detector for good prices (better than Amazon).
