Customer service in this place is terrible! Went in looking for a real for my air hose. Found one priced at $44 for 100 footer take it to the front. It rang out for $59. I asked the cashier what was the difference? She looked at me and said I have no idea and didn't try to find out any further information. Needless to say, I walked out. This was around 2 PM in the middle of the day. The store was empty with several employees there with nothing to do. UPDATE! I have been waiting to hear from Northern Tools and Stihl about a weedeater that i purchased at the store off of I35 and Risinger that was within the return 60 day when it start having.trigger problems. It has been close to 2 months and I'm still waiting for a refund or new weedeater. I have made.numerous calls and all i get is excuse after excuse. Please send me my money or new weedeater. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever had from a retail store even dealing with the store manager. My brand new piece of equipment broke on the job I was told to bring it in and it would be done by the next day. That would have been great if that would have happened. I run a Landscaping business so when my machines break down it cost for repair and the lost of services I cab render. And even telling them this and having a long talk about all of my military service I wasn't contacted the next day. I then contacted them the next day after and was re assured it would be taken care of that day and I would get a call the next. ''Tis didn't happen so I decided to go to the store in person and was told my equipment would be completed the next day and would be getting a call. So here today I know the schedule of the service department so I call an hour before they leave for the day and was told it was done this am and the forgot to call me. So I'm so upset to the point I rather deal with another dealer due to the lack of respect of a business owner and lack of professionalism and customer service. Now I'm being told I will have to pay a 15% restocking fee on my return. This is how Veterans and business owners get treated I will be writing a letter to the regional manager this is unacceptable on so many levels hopefully this isn't business as usual for them. Very frustrating to have to call the service department every day without an answer of when my equipment will be ready. I took it for repair approximately 5 weeks ago and since then every day all I get from them is "It is the next thing on my list". I asked clearly how long it would take to get it repaired and no one gave me an answer. I didn't get a call on the diagnostic until after my 100th visit I was told what was wrong with the machine. I called other stores and they all had a 24-48 hours diagnostic, not 4 weeks. And that the parts were ordered two weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. Also, I called the headquarters and since the repairs and service department is contracted from outside they cannot do anything. But she was very surprised on how long it has already been. I tried talking with the manager but he was no help at all. He did not seem to want to help or even try too. So please do not bother to take your equipment for service or repair here!! Horrible store in general! Poor customer service Ive had some many issues here that I dont know where to begin with machines, equipment and not to mention their warranty's they always try to avoid them and not fix anything they dont answer phone calls or say the tech is not available and to call back and never an answer! A few days ago I purchased a turbo nozzle tip which only worked for 8 days, I took it back and they told me they would change it and out of no where they changed their mind and said the recipt was not in the system which they might of deleted to avoid changing it I came home to get the recipt and went back with it and now they have other excuses to not change it. This is my most recent problem, not to mention all the problems Ive had with my $5,500 north star pressure washer. read more
