Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. But, my packages never shipped. So I lost $ and a few clothing items which were valuable. When the buyer doesn't receive their order, I don't get paid. So I did waste $ and my time.
