I called to get a quote on having a landscape bed with ramps installed on the back of my Chevrolet…read more1500 pick. I was quoted $2585.00 for this bed. When the bed was done and I got the invoice, the price was $3595. When I questioned the owner they stated that I was quoted for the wrong bed. Imagine my surprise to see that my bed went up $1000. A professional company would have called before installing the bed to make sure I was OK with the extra cost. On top of this when I picked the pick up, the tires were dragging on the new bed, zero clearance. Now they tell me that I need to have helper springs added to the truck to raise the bed. So I agreed to have this done, the cost was another $450 and only raised the bed 2 inches, bed still drags the tires. Wasted money!!!!! So I go back another time to explain. This time the install a 2 inch rail under the new bed. Now it's 4 inches and still drags. Very big disappointment. Would not recommend ever doing business with this company again.

BEWARE - SCAMMERS I took my car to All Pro for A/C repair. I…read morewas not provided with a diagnostic report or pictures. Only a quote of the parts that needed to be replaced. Condenser and compressor. They also quoted $700 for a catalytic converter claiming it had a code. (Again no photos or proof) The compressor and condenser were replaced and my air conditioning worked for less than a week. I took the car to an actual professional, and was provided with a detailed diagnostic report with pictures detailing that the new compressor and condenser were installed incorrectly, cracking the new compressor AND radiator, as well as the mounting bracket for the condenser, causing leaks everywhere. They also confirmed that there was no history of a catalytic converter code on my car. I took my car back to All Pro, asking them to redo the work, or refund me for the service that caused more damage than repair. They were unwilling to do either, and claiming there was nothing wrong with the A/C and it works now. It worked for less than 8 hours. These guys scammed me out of $1000 and would've scammed another $1000 if I hadn't caught them. All Pro? More like No Pro.

I called a few places to get an idea of a quote for what I thought was likely the cause. The dealer gave a quote that was significantly higher than Integrity. I expected this but it really was surprising how much more. Another repair shop wouldn't even venture a guess, despite my acknowledgement that without seeing it, any suggestion was based on a lot of assumptions that could be wrong. I had my vehicle towed to the shop right before a snow storm was forecasted. They told me it would likely be looked at after the storm passed, but they were able to look at it the same day. They found that I made a mistake I made that cause a bolt to come loose. This was the cause of the noise. They charged me for a bolt and 30 minutes of work. They could have easily made the repair I expected with a significantly higher cost. They called to explain what they found and tell me it was ready. I cannot speak to cost because my resolution was so easy it didn't require long to fix. However the honesty they displayed impressed me. This shop is now a place I will visit when I need help. The complexity of issues I may face with my vehicle means that I could be fleeced, but they earned my trust.

It's a great truck and I've had a couple of " less than" at a local Ford dealership in recent years I wasn't repeating those expensive mistakes so went on a week's long search,ending up here. I can't say enough good things about Daniel and the others here. My comprehensive list of concerns was addressed the same day. Another minor issue was uncovered and addressed. My experience at other places is you leave you vehicle a day or week,finally getting a call describing a shocking list of needed repairs and national debt price tag. Not here. In and out one day!
