JR did a great job on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, our headliner was complete gone, the fiber glass was all exposed and it just looked horrible. We choose black for the roof and in just one day JR got it done! The car looks brand new inside with the amazing attention to details he did. He even put WD-40 on my doors just to be nice because my doors were squeaking really loud and he even rewired the top where the lights are when he took it off to put headliner material on it because my lights were not staying on properly, I just can't thank him enough for all that he did! He's very kind and honest person with good prices. Very grateful we went with Arnold's on this job!!

I highly recommend Arnold's upholstery. Very honest worker and high quality repairs (see before & after pictures). I came in to change my roof lining, they got it done quickly at a reasonable cost. I definitely am coming back again for any other upholstery repair. Thanks Arnold!

First off, the good. They have an amazing new shop. Make sure you have the correct address, you…read morecould end up nowhere quick. Once you have the right address, you'll find a huge shop with plenty of bays and two Dyno bays . Everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed talking to everyone there. I took my 69' Charger there because I was lacking power, having troubles hitting 70MPH, and had oil and transmission leaks. They recommended new intake manifold, new carburetor, and I requested a new ignition system, specifically the MSD ignition system. They told me my oil leak was from my valve cover gaskets. When I got the car back, I felt I had more power and was happy with the way the engine bay looked. Even though they replaced my gaskets, my oil leak was not only still there, but now worse than before. I also started noticing issues with my lights afterwards. After I got the car back, the voltage meter would go from 13 volts down to 6 when I turned my lights on. This was not happening before they worked on my car, but when I called and asked, they said they didn't touch anything electrical. I ended up getting referred to a different shop. I asked them to do a bumper to bumper, top to bottom inspection. My oil leak ( which is now worse ) was from my newly installed valve cover gaskets. Another thing they noticed was my throttle cable was connected to the wrong part of my new carburetor. I don't have a picture now because my car is still in the shop , but will get one of the proper placement. Where they put it, at full throttle, I was maybe getting half-throttle. In fairness, I didn't have them fix the valve cover gaskets because it was already at a new shop and honestly, I didn't get a warm fuzzy when they discarded any responsibility on the lights issue after they worked on it. I also called several times to take my car back and had no follow up on their part. That's when I really decided to try the other shop.

They tuned my "basket of random parts" Camaro twice and we made 438 at the rear wheels! Could not…read morebe happier.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this location recently…read more I came in to return three items: a brand-new ignition coil (never installed and still in the original box), a set of seat covers, and a steering wheel cover that didn't fit. From the moment I approached the counter, the interaction felt negative and unnecessarily confrontational. The employee--who identified himself as the general manager--carefully inspected the ignition coil and immediately questioned whether it was the original part from the box because he didn't see his markings. I had already explained that the part was never used or installed, yet his tone made it feel like I was being accused of trying to return the wrong item. Things only got worse when I tried to return the seat covers. He initially stated they could not be returned because they had been opened, even though they were simply tried for fit and were still in resellable condition. He repeatedly referenced "store policy," but there was no clear explanation provided at the time of purchase, nor was anything posted in-store. Throughout the transaction, he continued to argue and justify himself, even while processing the return. At one point, he made a sarcastic comment comparing their policy to other retailers and said, "you must be special," which was completely unprofessional. What made this especially frustrating is that I am a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at this store. I've had consistently positive experiences with other employees here, but this interaction stood out in a very negative way. The tone, attitude, and repeated pushback were unnecessary and disrespectful. To his credit, his demeanor improved toward the end of the transaction, but the overall experience had already been soured. I'm not upset about store policies--I understand those exist. The issue was the way I was treated as a customer. Respect and professionalism should come standard, especially from someone in a management position. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has made me reconsider where I choose to spend my money going forward.

Looking for a lug nut socket. walk in and no clerks are visible in the store for 3-4 minutes. Clerk finally shows up and I tell him what I'm looking for. He asks if I've come behind the counter to look for it already in some display area. ??? Then he proceeds to stand looking at the socket area and looking at me. Told him again what I'm looking for. He pretends to look at the display and back to me as if to say 'do you see what you need?' If I wanted to work at Advance I'd get an application. I don't need my hand held by any means, but you can't even look at your own parts to see if you have what I'm willing to buy??? Obviously I'd never shop here again.
