JR did a great job on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, our headliner was complete gone, the fiber glass was all exposed and it just looked horrible. We choose black for the roof and in just one day JR got it done! The car looks brand new inside with the amazing attention to details he did. He even put WD-40 on my doors just to be nice because my doors were squeaking really loud and he even rewired the top where the lights are when he took it off to put headliner material on it because my lights were not staying on properly, I just can't thank him enough for all that he did! I had just gotten my 2013 Mustang convertible and then the Texas monsoon season starts ‍ Since I didn't want my backseat to be a swimming pool I went online to find a repair place. We have a 16 year old Chrysler Town & Country minivan (2005 model) and the headliner was coming down almost on our heads in the front and middle seat areas as well as separating from the overhead foam near the front windshield. There's nothing better than a new convertible, but a new top on your old convertible comes close, and this is definitely the place to come for that. I heard about Arnold's from a local car dealer. They informed me that they send all of their work to this shop for interior repairs and that based on cost and quality, it doesn't get any better. I brought my wife's car, with a headliner that was drooping over to him the other day, expecting to pay for a repair. After a couple of minutes of looking at it, JR asked if he could repair it for free with staples. He went into his shop, came back with a stapler and proceeded to fix the headliner as if it was never drooping. I know staples sound crude, but you can't even tell that they are there and the headliner looks perfect now. I plan on bringing all of my interior issues to this shop in the future. Like I said earlier, JR refused payment for his work, so I am writing this in hopes of getting some of you people to his shop! read more

Because I am disabled, I had to have my wife take our adapted van in for a new headliner. It turned out that the headliner damage was caused by rodents! When JR returned our van to us, not only was the headliner new, but he had repaired the rear window washer hose that the rodents had chewed through and aired up a few tires that were low. He was extremely helpful on how to do it myself and took the time to explain common mistakes I should avoid. He even went as far to take a look at my panels and chose a fabric that would be easier for me to install. I also have to say the prices on work and material are reasonable compared to other places. I wanted to replace my 10 year old pickup's beat up and damaged seat covers and went searching for upholsterers on the web writing to those closest to me and requesting a ball park cost. Several answered including Arnold's. He was the only one to discuss exactly what I needed which was the process, approx cost and timeframes. I went to his shop, viewed some of his work and got a firm cost (which was slightly less than his initial guesimate quote). He gave me his card and we selected the color of material for the seats and was ok with me calling back on my time frame to pick a date for the work and ordering the material at that point while keeping with to the quote he gave me. I picked the date I wanted and he had the material waiting and did the work within one day. Excellent results for almost 40% less than the other shop I got a quote from. Couldn't be happier.
