MINIs are built to last, and many owners take pride in maintaining their cars well beyond that mark. To be turned away simply because of the age of the car -- at an authorized dealership -- shows a lack of commitment to loyal customers and the brand's community. A car's age should not disqualify it from proper service, especially when MINI promotes durability and long-term ownership.
