I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the customer service I received at Simco…read moreAuto Parts, particularly regarding my interaction with Natalie. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. From the way the interaction was handled, I felt that there was a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to actually assist me as a customer. Natalie's customer service was particularly disappointing. Rather than making an effort to understand my concerns and help resolve the situation, her communication came across as dismissive and unhelpful. When a customer reaches out to a business, especially an auto parts shop where customers may already be dealing with an inconvenient or stressful vehicle issue, the expectation should be that employees provide clear information, patience, and professional assistance. What bothered me most was the overall attitude during the interaction. I did not feel respected as a customer, and I felt as though asking questions or seeking assistance was an inconvenience. Good customer service should involve listening to the customer, communicating clearly, and making a reasonable effort to find a solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Natalie. I understand that employees may have difficult or busy days, and I am not expecting special treatment. However, customers should still be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of how busy the store may be, there is no reason for a customer to leave an interaction feeling dismissed or poorly treated. I have dealt with businesses where mistakes or misunderstandings happen, and I understand that those things can occur. What makes the difference is how the employee handles the situation afterward. In this case, I was disappointed by the way my concerns were handled and by the lack of customer-service effort I experienced. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and looks into what occurred. I would encourage management to review the interaction and speak with Natalie about the importance of professional communication, patience, and treating customers respectfully. Employees representing a business are often the first impression customers have of that company, and experiences like this can have a significant impact on whether someone wants to return. I am not writing this complaint simply to criticize an employee. I am writing because I believe customers deserve better service, and I hope this situation can be used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at Simco Auto Parts. I would appreciate having this complaint acknowledged and, if appropriate, receiving a response from management regarding how the situation will be addressed. Sincerely, A disappointed customer

The…read moreinitial experience was great I purchased an engine for my 03 Camry the mechanics were nice helpful the younger guy up front gave me all the information I needed and was great immediately after the engine was installed there was a massive oil leak that had absolutely nothing to do with the part that did not come with the engine and had everything to do with the part that was sold to me. My husband called repeatedly they told him too bad and then finally told him bring it up and we will inspect it. I took a day off work I took it to be inspected they tell me it is power steering pump even though my power steering fluid is not low and my oil is having to be added every single day he told me I was a liar and then my husband needed to call because I had no idea what I was talking about. My husband then called and he hung up on him three times and then called the cops for me to leave all because he did not want to pay or repair the part that was broken on the motor he sold me. This business will not hold themselves accountable for potential errors when selling you any part they will not fix it unless you pay for it even though it is not your error at the same time another gentleman walked in with the Toyota 4Runner saying it was spraying coolant everywhere because they hooked it up wrong. Obviously these people have no clue what they're doing but they are more than happy to take your money.
