It was late and I called around 5:20 and they close at 5:30. Right off the bat, a guy answered the phone and said, "Simco, can you hold?" and I said, "Sure." and I got the hold music. I was on hold for 16 minutes, patiently waiting for them to get back to me and then I hear what sounds like someone picking up the phone and putting it down, hanging up on me. It's not that big of a deal, so I call them back and it immediately picks up and gives me their "closed for business" recording. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They seriously hung up on me so they wouldn't have to work after hours. I was pissed. Pissed enough that a week later, I remembered the incident and came to the computer specifically to write about my experience. The…read moreinitial experience was great I purchased an engine for my 03 Camry the mechanics were nice helpful the younger guy up front gave me all the information I needed and was great immediately after the engine was installed there was a massive oil leak that had absolutely nothing to do with the part that did not come with the engine and had everything to do with the part that was sold to me. My husband called repeatedly they told him too bad and then finally told him bring it up and we will inspect it. I took a day off work I took it to be inspected they tell me it is power steering pump even though my power steering fluid is not low and my oil is having to be added every single day he told me I was a liar and then my husband needed to call because I had no idea what I was talking about. My husband then called and he hung up on him three times and then called the cops for me to leave all because he did not want to pay or repair the part that was broken on the motor he sold me. This business will not hold themselves accountable for potential errors when selling you any part they will not fix it unless you pay for it even though it is not your error at the same time another gentleman walked in with the Toyota 4Runner saying it was spraying coolant everywhere because they hooked it up wrong. Obviously these people have no clue what they're doing but they are more than happy to take your money.
