Just picked at the most beautiful custom made trailer I've ever seen. Lenny really outdid himself for helping us out with this trailer. I have to say this right now, but if anyone is in need of any kind of trailer, talk to Laney. He is a man to listen to what you need the trailer for and match what your needs are to the best trailer for it. He and his boys really took the time to figure out what was the best it for what we needed. I really can't explain how happy my husband and I are with this, we really appreciate it you all. We bought a 5 x 8 cargo trailer from RJ Trailers about 2 years ago and the preparation, delivery and service were outstanding. Crystal Phillips is a long-ball hitter who makes things happen. Just last week someone tried to break into the trailer while we were at a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. The hasp and locking mechanism were not breached. However, the rear door handle was bent outward by the person trying to defeat the lock, etc. I texted Crystal and the next day she had my trailer in the shop and Eric and Travis were quickly restoring the handle to it's original position. RJ Trailers continues to set the bar on quality and service. Doing business with RJ Trailers is truly a pleasure. read more

Just started looking at trailers last week In Phoenix and Albuquerque. On Saturday I called to see if They had a 5X8 enclosed trailer and "Tiny" coaxed me to come in! I truly was impressed with beautiful showroom. If you knew how much is a involved to make a showroom and stock it you would know this is not their first rodeo! Now, I found a 5x10 painted black with no side door. Perfect! I returned Monday AM and the service guys wiped out the supplies and hooked me up with an electrical connection. Came in to get my tail lights fixed. Very friendly people. The parts store had a ton of extras that I might have to come back for. There's coffee and water while you wait in big comfy seats. Really great place. read more

I had a great experience here with these guys! Walked me through how to use the trailer and made sure I had the extras. Then in the pouring rain hooked me up, pre tested everything and off I went. I'm not one to write Yelp reviews, this is my second ever, but I felt compelled to write one for R&J Trailers. I just bought my 5th food trailer from here and my experience was wonderful. Having always been in the service industry, customer service is very important to me, especially with such an expensive and important purchase. My emails were thoroughly replied to within a day, someone always answered the phone (the owner) who was pleasant and knowledgeable, their prices were better than any other concession trailer business I researched, and the entire process was completed extremely efficiently. When I arrived, the person I had been mostly dealing with was gone for the day (I had a 4 hour drive and arrived late), yet the person who was there had been completely filled in and was able to help me seamlessly. While completing paperwork, someone hooked up the trailer to my truck, diagnosed the problem I had with my lights, fixed my lights that were all messed up from when I had been rear ended, installed a new electric trailer brake I purchased and taught me how to use it, and double checked everything was hooked up properly and such. All of the people assisting were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. If it weren't for my lollygagging with questions and such, I could've been out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you R&J for creating such an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back! read more

I would very gladly rate more than 5 stars. What a magnificent organization. I was traveling to Lake Fork, from Fort Worth, for a fishing tournament weekend in June, 2018. The right tire of my trailer had different plans. The tire ejected itself from the trailer leaving me with a skidding trailer at 70 mph. Stuck on the road, in Forney, we called several places for help. I called R&J, who were very willing to help, but didn't have a mobile service. They assured me that they'd take care of me if I could limp it in. We were able to make a temporary fix, and indeed, I limped it in. Upon arrival I met a very nice young lady. She inspected the damage and was impressively knowledgeable. She got the shop supervisor to look at the damage. Eric was hot (I should have mentioned it was pushing 100 degrees), tired and VERY busy. Nonetheless, he dropped what he was doing and began working on the wheel. I didn't get the name of his helper,but he was extremely professional also. After replacing the leaf springs, Eric explained I was missing a crucial bolt that prevents the hub from destroying itself. They looked, but didn't have another bolt. So, Eric began improvising a safe solution that would get me safely back to Fort Worth. After calling a tournament friend, he mentioned that they usually just replace the axle. I had no idea,so I asked Eric if they could do this and he said they could. He said he was trying to save me money. I was completely impressed!! Eric worked his butt off to save me money. I went inside the store and was overwhelmed by the courtesy and professionalism of everyone in the facility. I know it's hard to believe, but I truly don't have the words to express how professional, courteous and competent the organization is. I was also very impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the entire property. THANK YOU ERIC, and THANK YOU, R and J Trailers!! Um, no, I didn't win the tournament :( LOL read more
