Essentially we own $170k vehicle that we can not use. We travel with our dogs so no AC is not an option. I would not recommend purchasing from this business. I would not recommend this business to service or repair an RV. Disappointed by the response, poor communication, and product.

Chance and his trainee Brian greeted me with openess and support with what I was looking for. Chance listened to my needs and wants and quickly combed through their inventory and we came across my New Northern Spirit Coachman! It is perfect for my situation and had all of the upgrades and the build was way better than most other brands I had looked at. Chance did a great job getting me the specs and information to make sure it was the right fit for my truck and was able to quickly answer my concerns. We then got to the not so fun part, negotiations. I had a budget and this unit was well above it, but Chance introduced me to Sydney, the sales manager. Sydney took the time to get to know my situation as well as getting to know me. I felt like both of them cared about what was important to me and we came to a good price that was fair and we made sure I had all of the accessories and hitch to make sure my RV expreience was setup for sucess versus headaches when you are out in nature with no resources. After we closed on the sales price and signed the deal, the service team headed by Steven was another positive experinece. Steven with his NY accent, which I loved, walked me through all of the ins and outs of the new rig. He gave me the run down of storing and winterizing the rig as well as tips and tricks to help make my experince setup for success. I did have an issue with the installation of my washer dryer combo but Nick, the owner, steped up and made it right by giving me some consessions and that made the issue feel less negative. Overall buying any RV or vehicle is going to be a long and stressfull process but the team at Camping World did a great job making my process easy and did it was class and I felt like part of the family. The first time I called someone answered and gave me a price for the work but that someone had to call me back to schedule an appointment. After 3 days I went online and filled out a service request to which I received a confirmation email stating that someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment, nothing. I called again 4 days later and once again was told that the service advisor would call me back shortly to schedule an appointment, it has been 4 days & I have yet to receive any response from a service advisor. Their quote was considerably more expensive than I received from others but I was willing to give McClain's a try as they are located very close to me. I will never contact them again & i will make sure that anyone that I know that has a RV knows about my experience.

No sales pressure and they were very knowledgeable during the entire process. They sold us the boat, it's a 2016 Nautique 230, and the first time out, it ran fine but wouldn't restart after stopping to swim. It did the same for the next 2 lake days. The problem only showed up after the engine was hot and had been turned off for a while, so I don't fault them for not catching it before selling it at all. Anyways... I called them and they sent someone all the way up from Texas to come get the boat and fix it. They ended up having to replace some major components at a considerable expense to them. They did it all free of charge and have been very responsive to my questions and concerns. It is so rare to find a company that stands by their word and does the right thing even when it's detrimental to their bottom line. I'm a lifelong customer now for sure! The first time I looked at the boat they told me about an issue with the trailer and with enormous amounts of integrity went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect. I've had the boat for 3 months now ... we've had a great time with it and and it has run flawlessly. I've called a couple times to figure out things with the boat that I didn't understand and they've continued to go above and beyond to help me including FaceTiming me while I was with this sleek watercraft. They continue to impress me despite the relatively minuscule amount of cash I spent with them compared to buying a new Malibu. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I live 5 hours South of WSA Fort Worth and wouldn't hesitate to come back to purchase from them again (there are other Malibu dealers in between us).
