I had bought two Groupons for this place and just hoping I'm being too negative, I went ahead and brought 2nd vehicle in today. The owner said that the Groupon is for semi m-synthetic oil. I explained that it states synthetic. He said yes, semi-synthetic. That's not ok. Even on the Groupon page under highlights it says they offer conventional, semi-synthetic and synthetic. My Groupon is for synthetic. Now I am pretty sure he didn't put full synthetic in the 1st car. I just left and got my money back from Groupon.

He quickly responded to my request and said 20 minutes and we will let you know. Before he took charge of my car gave me all the information about the process and price. I felt it ws clean wnd clear instruction and that's why I felt comfortable going ahead taking their service. Miles, the owner, told that as courtesy they will give me discount on my oil change next time and mentioned what oil they use which i felt was part of good service communication. Tommy…read morewas very difficult to understand and all we wanted done was an oil change and a cold start valve replaced. Picked up the car and was handed a bill for $4190.38. We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us! Crooks from the word GO!

The third time they essentially glued their business card to my window. Take the hint! I don't want Intellident or respected employees touching my car. Intellident is an overpriced service which is only interested in people that carry full coverage insurance. The next day I waited 20 minutes past opening and called.. they didn't answer. I called 3 more times and tried all the different routes within the Intellident phone systems and still could not get anybody to answer the phone.

I had a car that was severely damaged in no lie back to back hail storms with over $12k in damages they took care of it and it looks newer and better than when I bought it. They covered my deductible and even detailed my car on the inside. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were busy working on other vehicles and yet took time to take a look and see what my car needed as well.
