Made an "appointment" here because they were the closest shop open on a Saturday. I arrive for my "appointment" and was told they'll "try" to get to it that day. They obviously don't know how appointments work. Monday comes and goes and I hear nothing. Tuesday morning I get a call saying they "might get to it" but they'll call when they know more. Tuesday night I get a text link asking to approve $4000 in repairs with no indication of what repairs would address the check engine light. I call and they explain what's needed and I approve the repairs and am told it will be ready by end of Wednesday and they'll call me. Thursday morning I've heard nothing so decide to call and they told me they just finished. This place doesn't honor appointments, takes way too long to diagnose and makes no effort to communicate. I won't go back. *update. Check engine light already came back. Greg from corporate just called offering to remedy the situation, so I'm going back. Will update after they return my car (hopefully in less than 5 days this time). *second update. They promised to fix my car at no additional cost and refund $200 from my initial cost. They fixed it at no cost but I've had to text the guy from corporate multiple times to get the $200 refund. I'm still yet to get the refund they promised and will not update my review until they do. I'm so sick of reminding this company to follow up on their assurances. read more

It pains me to leave this review as we(my wife and I) loved this place and have spent close to 10,000 in car repairs for 3 different cars here. We would also tell everyone about the good experiences we had working with them. All of that changed with the our last repair. We brought in a vehicle that was handling and driving fine, because of a water pump, thermostat, and something with the coolant temp gauge. The first time I attempted to pick up our car it was dirty with grease all over the inside door handles, steering wheel, dash, shifter knob and more. It was a mess, even included leaving a component of the car on the passenger floor board. And that isn't even getting to how all of a sudden I had handling and alignment issues. The second time I tried to pick up my vehicle I still had alignment issue as it was pulling hard to the right and even more damage down to the interior of my car. So I left it again for the then to resolve the issues. I get a phone call a couple days later trying to tell me I may have a bent in my tie rod, or suspension bracket or something, and that the alignment alone is going to cost me $120. They didn't even bother to take responsibility for the other interior damages done to the car. Needles to say they have lost the ongoing business of me and my wife 2 new cars that will need plenty of maintenance over just a couple hundred dollars and the ability to take responsibility. read more

Places is a total rip off. Do not take your vehicle there for an alignment. They start doing alignment notice you have some bushings out and you get the bushings changed out and then they want to charge you for another alignment. Total BS. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Brought my car up here for a few items such as it ocasionally would over heat, and the ac damper was sticking. I left with MORE problems than i came in with! Was adviced during there courtisy inspection my rear diff was slightly leaking. I was approved this fix also only to leave and find out on my way home, they had not adequately filled the diff with enough fluid! They never accepted responsibility and i had to replace the entire rear diff at cost. Not to mention pay a dealership later out of pocket to fix and replace the thermostate they put in my car due to they put the wrong one in which then caused the water pump i was told by moritz to go out due to overheating!! I WOULD RUN! HORRIBLE SERVICE WHICH COST ME OVER 3500 TO FIX THEIR NEGLIGENCE! read more

They charged me for state inspection but did not load it into the system. After being denied my tags, I had to take it back to the shop so they could re-preform the inspections. Of course they couldn't get it in right away so I had to wait again for services I had already paid for. During the first visit, they recommended several services, in addition to the inspection and oil change I went in for, after I agreed to those services they called 2 hours later and said they didn't have the ability to perform services they recommended. read more

Very quick and kind. The waiting area is so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave! I just needed to get my inspection done to renew my registration, and they were super fast about it. Needed a front end alignment on my F350. While checking in everyone was courteous and professional. I received a courtesy ride home and was amazed at how quickly they made the adjustments for the alignment. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. I've been going to the Hurst location for several years. I've also appreciated the updates the service tech will give you while waiting. read more

Don't pay them for a diagnostic! They don't really check your car, they just eyeball it. I had a whole oil leak, but I didn't tell them because I wanted to see if they were actually checking. Unsurprisingly, they didn't notice a thing. These people guess what could be wrong with your vehicle because they're NOT experienced enough to know. Good mechanics are hard to come by. Listen to the other bad reviews on here, they don't fix the problem. Yet, they have the audacity to charge high amounts for labor as if they're experienced mechanics. Honestly, they deserve $10.00 an hour since they're still learning. read more

I'm glad I came in here to get my front brake pads replaced for 290$. I made an appointment online, and came in. They said it would be about 3 hours, which is fine. They'll get around to it, sounds good. I told them all I wanted to do was replace my front brake pads. Then they decide to do an inspection, and extend the process as much as possible. First time being here, and not only was the place extremely clean and the staff organized, but Chris(The service advisor) was very professional and accommodating. I didnt have an appointment and they still fit me in, they gave me a ride home until car was fixed and then came to pick me up when it was ready. I was able to pay through a link to save time and the receipt was waiting for me in the truck! Carlos was the technician that perfomed the work and he was very knowledgeable and thorough! It is their first week open so I'm sure they are at the peak of their service right now but... take your car here! They even have an indoor play area for kids, I wish I had known I would have brought my daughter. They walked me through everything they were doing, they did not push any up sells or try to add anything on. Everything was so clean and They even cleaned the inside of my car! I swear it looks like they vacuumed my floors and I kind of want to go back and hug them for that. Very quick, I got my oil changed inspection done and changed my wipers all under and hour.
