I took my car here in January and asked for a brake inspection and oil change. That the front pads should be checked at the next oil change, but would probably hold until even the second oil change after. Cut to now, one oil change later at another auto service center, my front brake pads are GONE and I've run through/destroyed the rotors. (The "40%" brakes were squeaking even when I left the Tire Store Service Center in January, and have sounded the same ever since.) What should have been a $150 service today is now upwards of $600 and has impacted other things in the vehicle that will need repair soon. This mechanic seemingly set me up to come back and need huge repairs later, under the guise of "looking out for me" and banking on me returning to them for the repair and taking more of my money. Scammy and predatory. I would have told you I had a decent experience in January but now I wish I had never stepped foot here. Owner redid the brakes and no noise but do have a deep scratches on one of my rotors. He likes to work fast and make too many mistakes. Owner was mad that he couldn't prove it was the brake pads and in fact it was his service that caused the problem/damage. I didn't have previous issues with the brakes just doing routine maintenance.
