Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

Only to find out they charged me $1,008 for a 20 minute limo ride saying there is a 4 hour minimum. I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. Overall not a great experience and now I'm out $1000 for a lousy 20 minute limo ride. Would not recommend this company.

There were no pickup instructions, driver information, or contact information included. By the time I arrived at the airport, I still had not received any communication from the company, so I had to Google IBoston Limo myself just to find a phone number. I called twice and spent about 20 minutes wandering around the airport trying to figure out where I was supposed to meet my driver. When I finally reached someone, instead of helping resolve the situation, he immediately became argumentative and yelled at me, insisting that he had texted me. I explained that I had not received any text and had been checking my phone constantly, including while I was on the plane. He continued to argue with me, hung up, and then sent me a screenshot showing that he had supposedly texted me. Whether there was a technical issue with the text or something else went wrong, arguing with a customer who is stranded at an airport and cannot find their driver is an incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation. A simple apology and clear instructions on where to meet the driver would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, the interaction made an already stressful situation significantly worse. Once I finally found my driver, he was lovely, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, everything leading up to that point, from the lack of pickup information and communication to the way I was treated when I called for help, was unacceptable. I will not be using IBoston Limo again.

I used Pearl Transportation for a work trip - needed transportation to and from the airport. Pearl was super quick to quote, and was at the average price point. I saw great reviews and thought I would give them a try (since my last car service from another local company was not really the best). They were great about letting me know when they would arrive and where they would be by emailing and calling in advance. The billing process was easy and done in advance so no extra worrying was necessary during travel. They were extremely timely and very courteous, friendly, professional drivers. When picking me up from the airport, they let me know ahead of time that the driver would call when the plane landed and they followed through on this (literally up to the minute I landed) and let me know that they were at the airport waiting. They had my name on a tablet, (no confusion what-so-ever, which I have experience in the past). They even offered water for the (rush-hour) commute to my home. During my ride I talked a little bit to the owner of the company (he was the driver in this case) and he seems to have a great business model and ideals. It also sounds like he treats his workers well and has good morals. It's always reassuring to hear someone who values people (workers and customers alike) as much as his business. I wish them the best of luck for their thriving business and hope they keep their service as great as it is now!
