I did hear them talking about how the walk-in clinic there is basically contracted to a private company and they have nothing to do with it. I also heard them say it was closed on a Friday which strikes me as super odd. They've replaced the carpeting and in general have made the place easier to navigate and less depressing.

But, if you choose to pick up here in person it's never busy so isn't a long wait. Why isn't it busy? Many of their prescription orders are shipped to customers, however I think that this is limited to specialty medication customers. And shipped for free too! Because when I go to my neighborhood Walgreens in the afternoon I assume that they'll be quiet. Nope. That's senior citizen happy hour. It's like lunch at the OCB, Walgreens and then back home for a nap. That neighborhood Walgreens is always buzzing! If they don't have your medication in stock they'll order it for you and have it in stock within 1-2 days. And because they have a small of customers in their physical store they have more time to spend on customer service. Impeccable customer service. You won't be sitting on hold listening to that sad phone jingle here.

The parking lot doesn't seem safe (not in terms of crime, in terms of low speed collisions). There's no good place to secure my bicycle either.
