I'm not sure who runs the show Austin or Chris but they redeemed themselves I'm very happy I got my payment I will be doing business with them in the future as long as I'm dealing with Austin or Chris. I'm not sure what happened or why things went so chaotic while the owner was away but I am very glad that they are back and were able to sort out this mess! Thank you so much for making this a priority!! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future and posting more reviews about their company hopefully all five stars!! This company does care about their customers! I think Chris was just about as upset as I was when he got back from vacation! But he fixed it promptly I've got my payment I'm very pleased with that and he also paid me extra for the inconvenience so I thought that was great! He was very apologetic and he was able to clear things up quickly. Thank you Chris for fixing that issue!!! You're awesome!!!

Since it was the end of the year I had to get my exam in to take advantage before the next year, but then with my plan I do not think I would have saved too much so I held off on the glasses until later. Their availability is very good, there is another store in 'Tosa which was booked for weeks, I don't understand that. Later on, I placed an order for some nice glasses. They do have a wide variety and cost points which is great. I went back for an adjustment as my current lenses were flatter and the new ones were more curved. I had a minor fishbowl effect that was fixed on the first try, and also the edges of the lenses weren't perfect and she approved getting them changed out. Very happy with the final result. The timing was ironic as I placed the order for these, and I snapped the frame of my current glasses. The business deserves 5 stars. They are all nice, helpful, and professional.
