Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. So unorganized. There is no empathy for the people who get there prescriptions here because they close and open whenever they feel like it. This week the entire pharmacy was closed for three days with no updates on when it would be open. The pharmacists and techs at this Walgreens truly hate their lives and their jobs. They look, sound, and act angry and annoyed all of the time. I can't imagine being THAT miserable. The amount of interpersonal, communication, and customer skills that this pharmacy team has couldn't save a mouse if their lives depended on it. The customer service you get from this pharmacy team is equivalent to the DMV . Honestly, if you are that miserable, just quit. Your mental health is more important than coming to sh*tty job and treating customers sh*tty because you hate your life and your job. When you come to the pharmacy counter, be ready to just give them your name and DOB. Don't ask any questions about when, where, and how to take your meds. Don't look at them. I had a prescription transferred here for a family member. It was a process, and after dealing with a person working in the pharmacy over the phone, a complete waste of time. My family member is a student in Milwaukee, he had one negative experience picking up a prescription here, and I spoke to the same super unhelpful person on the phone. read more

The pharmacy is awful, they never answer the phone, My doctor faxed my prescription on Friday afternoon, went there and hour later to pick it up, they said come tomorrow, Went back on Saturday afternoon to pick up the prescription, was still not ready, If you can't keep up with the work, close your damn pharmacy so that people don't waste their time on you, and don't give false promises to people read more

Horrible...horrible location. Incredibly poor customer service. The manager allows his super disrespectful, unqualified staff to just hang out behind the counter of the pharmacy. The whole time a friend of mine was waiting for a prescription the girls were joking louder about how they weren't even supposed to be back there. I have to assume that them messing with people's prescriptions is illegal. I'm pretty sure we'll be contacting the BBB, I wouldn't expect this place to stay under the same management for long. read more

I'm not sure how this qualifies as a Walgreens... it's literally the size of a gas-station convenience store. Given the location, it makes sense the only things they seemed to have in stock were ramen noodles, condoms, notebooks, etc. The isles are difficult to maneuver through, there are poor people soliciting money outside, and most of the essential items (even batteries) are locked up or behind the register. read more

Walgreen's: a drug store that also markets itself as a convenience store. This location is a block from my abode, making it a close option for last-minute or forgotten sundries. It is one of several Walgreen's stores close to the downtown area where you are able to interact with folks from all walks of life. The aisles are cramped, seemingly everything is overpriced, the cashiers are either super-chatty or just human enough to not be androids, and they LOVE to ask if you'd like to purchase the "item of the month" (usually a candy or chocolate of some sort). But I guess it is "my" Walgreen's, even though I don't utilize it for medicine/prescriptions, so I feel a particular affinity for this location and the people I see there on a regular basis. Loses points: for getting rid of the RedBox movie rental machine and the full-service photo counter. read more

This walgreens is pretty ghetto. I know they don't have a lot of space, but everything thing is so squished together it's like it's stacked right on top of the next! The location is pretty convenient for the Marquette students, but this is not the Walgreens I usually frequent and I have only been here literally because I was driving and I remembered I needed something and it was close. read more
