On my first visit, I went on a mission to have the stuffed Dubai cone; I messaged them about how I had dreamed of this cone and they made my dream a reality, so obviously I HAD to have it! It was so good! Chocolate soft serve ice cream stuffed with pistachio cream, rolled in pistachio and kataifi, then dipped and rolled again for an extra crunch! On my second visit, I had a harder time choosing. In addition to Perry's ice cream, they also have Ashby's and Pierre's. So many flavors that sounded delicious that I hadn't tried and they offer a flight. But, then, I saw a sign for their newest stuffed cone, sponge candy and that got me. I got it with salted caramel soft serve instead of vanilla and it was stuffed with caramel, then adorned with big sponge candy pieces and dipped in chocolate. Next time I visit, and there will be a next time (even though I live about 40 minutes away), I am planning on a flight. Gotta try those Pierre's and Ashby's flavors that are hard to find in a Perry's dominate area. Both times I visited, it was very nice out and I was able to take advantage of their outdoor seating.

It costs extra to include more add-ins. I ordered cookie dough with whipped cream! I watched the staff make it, which was fascinating and when I asked, she told me she had a dehumidifier button that makes it easier to get the ice cream off the freezing mechanism when rolling. The rolled ice cream was good! I am taking off one star for the fact that the cashier talked my mom into getting their house-made waffle cone (which she spoke really highly of) and the waffle cone tasted like nothing. Great serving of ice cream, I'd just skip the waffle cone.
