I'm guessing they have some new employees that are still learning the ropes. I would visit again... Maybe later in the season. To note, there is an extra fee when using a credit card. I checked in. I took pictures. Closed all winter, and very busy with long lines all summer, their custard tastes good - but it won't completely blow you away like LuGia's, Abbott's and such. It's well worth a try, but I wouldn't give it more than a 4. The prices are fantastic though, and some of the concoctions that people were ordering and enjoying were both elaborate and exciting.
