The best thing about the appointment was they asked me when I was available. In my experience, companies tell you what days they have available. If you have ever read any of my reviews, you know how big I am on customer service. The initial experience will undoubtedly keep me loyal. They came out and did a complete check-out of the system, made some suggestions regarding the outside unit to keep the coils clean, and recommended signing up for their comfort membership plan. I opted to give the membership a try, and I have not been disappointed. They have been consistent with keeping my HVAC system checked out over the year as we change from heat to air. On this most recent visit, Caleb K. checked out the system. He noticed my drain line in the attic had a dip instead of a constant downward grade. We all know what happens when water collects and cant flow. It could have had the potential to back up and cause a water leak. Another thing, during the winter service, the technician noticed that my pan float switch appeared to be damaged and not working. He replaced it with no problem. I can't even get a filter in there. Secondly, a major part of it is installed upside down. It is the wrong size unit for the house and the humidity reads between 91 and 99 in this house. And if that wasn't worse, I come home every day to an 82° house because it doesn't even heat temperature. I have a daughter with multiple sclerosis who is very sick in the heat and she has been sick all summer. The owner of Clarks knows this and knows my family he now has come forth since he installed this very conveniently he decided he does not work on mobile homes and will not stand behind the unit they he installed. It's quite possible if it was and everything was the way it should be with the size of the unit. I wouldn't have this problem, but he refuses to come out and fix it or do anything to it because he no longer works on mobile it's pretty crappy. I have gotten an estimate that it will cost me about $7000 to fix it but I don't have so I will be taking all this further. Do not use Clarks and actually I see by their ratings. They don't even have a four star. They shouldn't even be in business.

David diagnosed our problem right away and gave us several options. He did not have the part we needed but drove to the hardware store over 3 miles away at no additional charge!
