Su sistema al entrar al establecimiento indico que mi suscripcion se habia desactivado, por lo que tuve que realizar el pago para recibir el servicio sin explicarme si seria ese servicio del dia o ya reactivada mi suscripcion. 2hacer. Al salir del túnel de lavado mi vidrio parabrisas estaba partido, partiendose durante el transcurso del lavado y NO me dieron ninguna solución, dicen que NO se hacen responsables y no quisieron mostrarme el video de las cámaras del negocio para certificar que mi vehículo entró sin ningun problema en el parabrisas y una maquina realizo el daño a mi propiedad. Fui atendida por el Gerente Sr Nicolas Castro quien me indico que no el establecimiento no se hace responsable por daños a los vehículos, por lo que tomare otras medidas para obtener la solución correcta a la responsabilidad que ellos tienen y deben cumplir. Desde que abrio el establecimiento tengo suscripcion con los diferentes vehiculos que he tenido y es la primera vez que me suscita un problema en el lugar.

I specifically said I did not want a membership I just wanted one car wash. I might've gotten a membership if the car wash didn't leave Bird scat on my car. I would never have a membership to this place. And for the record, I did try to call the business and the number they have listed isn't in service. There wasn't a misunderstanding my card information was stolen.

I've used lots of auto washes but this is the only one that they want the cars to be right behind one another with just inches to spare and they don't use brushes or a pressure washer to help preclean. Well, we finally made it thru the wash only to get out to vacuum and find that the cars was as dirty as it was to begin with. The roof wasn't touched, the sides still had dirt, still had dirt on the tires. We won't go there again: basically paid $22 to vacuum our own car with their vacs. Never again.

The paint was badly faded, the clear coat had been cooked by the sun, and there was even an area with chemical stains baked into the finish that I could never remove. Enter US Auto Spa. I called, sent photos of my car's condition, and they quickly scheduled me for a drop-off appointment. They explained every step and, given the years of damage, recommended a deep two-stage correction. Since I had just had my rims powder-coated to match the body, they also suggested applying a ceramic coating to protect them too, which was a great call! The result? WOW! This was a night-and-day transformation. The paint looks better than I ever imagined possible - glossy, rich, and flawless! I honestly never thought a 15-year-old daily driver could look this good. "Impressed" doesn't even begin to cover it. US Auto Spa is the real deal. Their quality, attention to detail, and professionalism are unmatched. Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local.
