Quick Review: Worth every penny. My black 2500HD looks better than it did on the show room floor. The attention shown to your car will be second to none. Longer Review: If you are like me, when it comes time to have you car detailed for the very first time, especially a brand new car, you have a wave of depression wash over you knowing that the car that comes out the other side of that wash tunnel will never look as good as it did when you drove it off the lot. Unclean brushes, rags, cloths and whatever else being guided by machines meant to do as best as possible for every car that passes though meaning that you get a mediocre wash at best only to be followed up by employees that may, or may not, care about your car as much as you do. This is not to say you cannot get a quality wash from your typical detail shop but results are not typical. First Communication: Recently I purchased my dream truck, a black on black 2015 Silverado 2500HD. Immediately I recognized that the paint wasn't looking so hot. The paint had micro-abrasions that when seen in the right light looked, to me, like the automotive equivalent of a horror movie. My first thought was that no one would care about my truck as much as I do, so I'll research how best to handle this myself. Days later, hours and hours of reading and watching video tutorials, I concluded that I was in over my head and started researching the best reviewed detail shops around. I found US Auto Spa, gave Steven a call, and talked to him for 30 minutes about the process, what he does, and towards the conclusion of the phone call he offered to look at my vehicle and do a demo of what he could do. I was blown away. Night and day difference. Cleaning Day: Steven showed up at my house at 8am on Saturday, greeted me, explained what his process was going to be, and got to work. He worked until 11:30am cleaning every little piece with surgical precision including the raised lettering that detailers typically half-ass. After offering to bring me back something for lunch, he left and fueled up, came back, and proceeded to work on my truck top to bottom for the next 4 hours. I was extremely surprised that anyone cared enough about my vehicle to work on it for almost 8 hours. My truck has the painted square footage of your average living room and he managed to make all of it look like glass. See the pictures for yourself. I am positive this truck rolled off the factory floor with half the shine it has now. Conclusion: You absolutely get what you pay for. If you want you car to be looking better than show room until you trade it later or hand it down your kid, then have Steven maintain your car's aesthetics. read more

Steve did a great job. I had a dog go pee in the back seat so I needed a cleaning quick. I took out the back seat that night in preparation. He came out the next day and used an enzyme cleaning along with his steam cleaner where the car seat sits as well as on the seat. He knew what he was doing as I have leather seats and you just can't use anything on leather. While he was there I had him do a full detail of the interior and exterior which he did an awesome job. The car looked better than when I bought it three years ago as you know how dealers do a "detail". I have cream colored leather seats so he was able to get off the dirt and have them look good again. The exterior was shining and really smooth. As far as the pee smell, it took a few weeks to go away as it was a lot of pee but after 3 weeks I put the back seat back in and you can barely smell it, which is great! Steven is a fair and honest man who will work to deliver what he promises. No exaggeration when I say he is a top tier expert in what he does and you won't find another that will do what he can (in my case "did") do. This man does not give shallow promises. I contacted Steven for a basic detailing for my Lexus SUV. While his work on the interior was impeccable, I mean my SUV was absolutely IMMACULATE, that is not the experience I want to share and the reason I gave him 5 stars. You can get that from the numerous other 5-stars posts. There was a mishap and all 4 of my rims turned black. Wow! What a difference Steven makes to eliminate smoke odor! I bought a 2007 used car from a smoker and it stunk. I tried Frebreeze, baking powder, and leaving the windows down with minimal success. The odor was so bad I hated getting in my car. Steven arrived on time and did his magic. Almost 5 hours later my car was ready for the last stage, an overnight chlorine treatment.
