Valet left 1 mile in my Tank. IDIOTS!

Outstanding job by the service department... said no satisfied customer ever. I brought my car in for a recall after being encouraged multiple times to have the service completed at this dealership. When my vehicle was returned, it had 1 mile of fuel remaining--not one gallon, one mile. I understand that dealerships don't normally fill up your gas tank after service, but when the service manager, Clay, specifically promises that the vehicle will be fueled before it's returned, I expect that promise to be kept. Instead, I was left wondering if I'd even make it to a gas station. Thankfully, I have AAA and was able to get two gallons of gas delivered. Without that, I could have easily been stranded. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. No courtesy call to let me know the fuel level was critically low, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I even would have been willing to meet someone at a gas station with the loaner vehicle to put gas in my car if they had simply communicated. Instead, Clay suggested that I drive all the way back to the dealership in Spring to have them fill it up--even though he knows I live in Katy. That would have meant wasting a significant amount of gas just to correct a mistake the dealership made. Customer service is about keeping your word and taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Very disappointing.

Nail in tire

Previous review was one star, now if I can put minus 5, I would. After the 3 years free warranty, I did my first oil change....like I said previously, oil was pretty brown for new oil. This time after 3500 miles, oil was black and oil filter was really black too but that's not the worst, no crush washer four oil drain and no seal for oil filter.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hyundai dealership. Before visiting, I communicated clearly and in writing (email and text) with a salesperson who identified himself as Joseph R. (or "JR"). I provided exact details of the deal I was looking for, including: 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited (Hampton Gray) 36 months / 12,000 miles $3,000 down $380-$390 monthly All taxes, registration, and fees included No additional or hidden costs These terms were confirmed in writing, and I was asked to come to the dealership. I have screenshots as evidence. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the deal was $90 MORE per month than what had been confirmed. This was a significant change from the written agreement and was never disclosed beforehand. When a supervisor came out, instead of honoring the written confirmation, the salesperson distanced himself from the agreement. The supervisor identified the salesperson as "J-R", and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. At that point, I was left with the impression that the name provided earlier may not have been accurate or complete. This experience felt like an attempt to bring me into the store under agreed terms and then change the numbers in person. That is misleading and a waste of a customer's time. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this dealership get everything in writing and verify all numbers before visiting. This experience negatively impacts the dealership's credibility and Hyundai's brand reputation.

2024 Hyundai Santa Fe!!!
Darryl W.

I just bought the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe! OMGOODNESS I love this car! The new body style is reminiscent of the top luxury brands and my vehicle is wrapped in the color, Tiffany Blue! It's one of a kind! The new Santa Fe has dual skylights, fully powered seats that heat and cool, and navigation that will keep me in my lane. I have Sirius satellite, and you cannot beat that 3 years 100,000 mile warranty! All I have to do is put the gas in, and the maintenance is on them! Kris was my salesman and he was amazing! He got me to where my sweet spot payment would be! I traded in my Palisade (which I loved) and I'll never buy any other brand than Hyundai!!

Still waiting for a call back. Later that day seems to be days or even weeks later.

If you drive a Toyota, I highly recommend this service department. It's cheaper for me to get an…read moreoil change and tire rotation at this dealership than just about all of the major oil change places and what's great is they use Toyota parts and update everything to Carfax. I typically show up with no appointment and I'm in and out in about an hour or so. Obviously, if you show up at peak time, or on a Saturday, it can take longer. There's a Taco Cabana within walking distance, so I typically walk over there, have a few margaritas, walk back and I'm out the door. If that isn't your thing, they have several nice, large waiting areas with complimentary fountain drinks and coffee. The customer service is just outstanding! I've been coming here for several years and have never had a negative experience. Every service representative that I've delt with has been a pleasure and on many occasions, have surprised me with a coupon or discount that I wasn't expecting. I will always drive a Toyota and as long as I live in this area, I will always give my business to this dealership.

I came to this dealership today for what should have been a relatively routine oil change. I…read morearrived at approximately 11:20 AM, expecting the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. It is now 4:30 PM, and I am still waiting for my vehicle. What has made this experience particularly frustrating is that I have repeatedly been told that the service will take "another hour to an hour and a half." At this point, I have already spent more than five hours at the dealership for an oil change, with no clear or reasonable explanation for why a routine service is taking this long. Another major concern is the way additional services and repairs are presented. During what was supposed to be a basic oil change, the dealership appears to recommend and upcharge for numerous additional services, often presenting them as though they are critical or urgently needed. I understand that dealerships have inspections and may identify maintenance items that should eventually be addressed, but there is a significant difference between something that is actually necessary or safety-critical and something that is simply recommended maintenance or an opportunity to generate additional revenue. Customers should be given clear information about: * What is actually required immediately for safety or proper operation. * What is recommended maintenance that can reasonably be completed at a later date. * What the actual consequences are of postponing a recommended service. * The cost of each service without making customers feel pressured into approving unnecessary work. The combination of aggressive upselling and an extremely long wait time has made this experience especially disappointing. If the dealership is going to recommend numerous additional services and charge dealership-level prices, I would at minimum expect reasonable communication, transparency, and timely completion of the service I originally came in for. I was not expecting to spend essentially my entire afternoon at the dealership for an oil change, especially after arriving at 11:20 AM. Being told repeatedly that I need to wait another hour to an hour and a half, after already waiting for several hours, is unacceptable customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the service department's communication with customers and the way additional maintenance recommendations are presented. Customers should not feel that they have to question whether a recommended service is genuinely necessary or simply being used to increase the repair order. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and inefficient experience, and it has significantly affected my confidence in bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for future service.

However, they do have one major problem. The selection of cars is very small. Also, there's cars on the lot but apparently they haven't been looked over yet. I wanted to buy a vehicle same day but the car I wanted to look at hadn't gone through the process of going through the shop yet. I didn't understand how they couldn't just look at it the same day and see if there were any issues with it. I called back a couple days later to see if it was available and it still wasn't processed through the shop. How long does it take? By the time they have the car ready I've already purchased another vehicle.

Long story short: do not buy a car or have any work done by these people; NexCar can't even do an…read moreoil change right and will expect you to pay for it. I bought a car from NexCar in July 2025, and I just got around to changing the oil on it. I found that the technician at NexCar cross threaded the drain plug (this damages the oil pan, leads to oil leaks, and can put metal shavings in the oil), and I know NexCar did this because they change the oil on all their cars. To remedy their mistake, some gorilla put RTV silicone all around the plug and WAY over tightened it (this further damaged the pan and can put silicone in the oil). I immediately took pictures and videos of their horrible repair and got a repair quote from a local shop. I sent these to Beto, a service representative, and he took days to respond after repeated calls. Today, after the car has been waiting in a shop for three days, I called again just to be informed by the owner that the cars are sold "as is" and they won't pay for the repairs. If I bought the car from someone on Facebook, I would assume such risks. However, this was an established business with seemingly good reviews. NexCar strung me around for a week waiting an answer and repeatedly ignored my calls. What NexCar did was crooked, and businesses like them give used car dealers a bad reputation. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.

**BEWARE! Avoid AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring.**…read more I am a retired 100% disabled Navy veteran living on a fixed income. This 2021 Ram Limited 1500 is the last vehicle I will own. I bought it new from Ram in May 2021 for nearly $75,000 because the manufacturer markets it as a high-end luxury truck. I expected AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring at 21027 Interstate 45, Spring, TX 77388 to stand behind it. After three visits I am warning others to stay away. Their prices run about 30% higher than other shops in the area. I learned that the hard way on a simple oil change shortly after moving here. My second visit was for the well-known leather dash separation problem that affects many 2019-2021 Limited trucks. After waiting more than 30 minutes just to speak with a service writer, I was given false assurances. The representative promised to open a service request and said I would get a text with next steps. I left thinking the issue would be handled. No one ever contacted me. Months later I returned to follow up. After another long wait I met a completely different attitude. The representative was dismissive, said the dealership was not responsible, and quoted a repair that would cost me a significant amount of money I cannot afford. They took my information and photos and again promised "someone will contact you." No one did. I am here today only because of a mandatory recall. If I had any choice I would never come back. When service was finished, a man called my name, handed me a piece of paper, and said they were done with my truck. He never introduced himself. He turned and walked away without saying "follow me" or offering any explanation. I followed him out of the customer area to my vehicle. He handed me the key, said "have a good day," opened the door, pulled the service tag off the rearview mirror, and started walking away again. I had to stop him and ask what they actually did. He said they "completed the recall notice." I asked directly what that meant. He replied that they checked it and noted it was "good." That is the entire explanation I received. My assumption is the technician determined the truck was not affected and no work was performed. He appeared to expect me to read his mind. I left the dealership hoping I never have to return. This is disappointing and concerning. The pattern is the same every visit: long waits, empty promises, dismissive staff, and zero communication. Their reviews show this is not an isolated incident. It is how this store operates. This is a widely documented manufacturing defect on the dash. Ram has not issued a recall for it and this dealership will not repair it at their expense. On a fixed income, paying several thousand dollars out of pocket for a known problem on a $75,000 "luxury" truck is a real financial hit. The extra stress of the runaround, the wasted time, and the worry about paying for a repair I should not have to pay for has worsened my service-connected anxiety and health issues. The dealership's 2.3-star rating matches what I experienced: poor service, no follow-through, and no willingness to stand behind the product unless they are forced to. I rarely write reviews. I am writing this one so other veterans and fixed-income owners can save themselves the money, the frustration, and the extra stress. Do not buy here and do not bring your vehicle here for service.

However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I'd rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?! This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can't stand behind what it sells--or even respond after the sale--that speaks volumes. I've waited long enough for a resolution and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
