Perfect! I had two 30 year old sliding doors with busted locks and was using wood boards to "lock" them. One was stuck shut really hard, the locking mechanism was completely broken. Tom is knowledgeable, efficient, and does great work. I needed 3 locks installed, a combo lock changed, old rusty hasp lock replaced, and to open my 21-year-old Sentry Safe. I first called the Sentry Safe Customer Service to troubleshoot. I replaced the batteries and battery pack and still the safe would not open. Sentry Safe told me it was not repairable and that I needed a locksmith to drill it open. By doing that, the safe would-be history. I requested estimates from several local locksmiths such as Vista Lock and Safe and Ronsmith Locksmith. North County Locksmith was the only one that responded and emailed me an estimate. He figured out my Sentry safe without destroying it, installed and set-up of Schlage Smart Locks, Teecho and Defiant Lock System. There are so many lock systems on the market, but he is knowledgeable about the set-up Wifi apps and breezes through the installation instructions. After some online research, I decided to buy a generic FOB online and have Tom program it. Only $90, and he did it in 20 minutes. He was also responsive and got back to me the same day.
