But they do have a minimum order amount to get a package shipped out, so I ordered the garlic flavor too, which I have yet to try. Also got a block of 8-year-aged cheddar and yodel parmesan gruyere, both on the house. Not a bad deal at all. The delivery process was smooth and professional as well.

We walked in and there was a gentleman behind the counter. He was very helpful and answered our questions. We ended up getting a variety of cheese and fudge. He made recommendations and even advised the best way to serve a couple of the specialty cheeses we purchased. He even went out of his way to bag some fresh cheese curds for us because they had run out and they had just been delivered right before we arrived. If I'm ever back up in the area, I'll definitely stop in again.

Both were very good. The bread was a thicker Texas toast and nicely grilled. The cheese curds had been melted, but you could still make out the curd shapes. There was a small amount of BBQ sauce that gave it a bit of a tangy flavor. I would have liked a bit more of that.
