DO NOT GET CLOSE TO LUTE RILEY HNDA DEALER FOR ANY SERVICE…read moreThey are not qualified to do basic services such as oil change . My first horrible experience was my first maintenance service that they sent me home with FLAT tires .They were closed and I had to pull over to a close gas station to inflate my vehicle´s FOUR TIRES! an I had to take may car back there again to balance the pressure. My second worse experience with this demolisher dealership is the recent maintenance and Honda sensor recall. The service department staff wrecked my car..hit my new car's fender. They are so unqualified.. unethical..dishonest staffs from yop level to the lowest level ..from top managers to the technivians..they are not trustworthy. I had to leave my car with them as they aske me to for sensor recall service .Jermy and Sabino the service manager did know about the fender damage but prefered to hide it from me. This way I could drive my car away and they could say this has happened outside the dealer and they are not responsible for that. I noticed the $4000 damage right before stepping in my car ..before I leave..and the both these two vowards said oh ya...there is a damage!! Pretended that they did not know anything about it !! They made me take my car home and bring it back for body shop..leaving the dealer ..on my way noticed the passenger door is ruined as well during the sensor recall serbice.. They did not hold the acvountability for the interior damages. I get kik wes and dan weis and honda guest relation deparyment and honda care cusyomer service and sonic customer service and bbb and the corporate manement..these charlatons did not admit to the damages they did to my car interior ..under the excuse of it was not noticed before taking my car from dealer service department. They did send the pictures that body shop took from interior during nody repair as a fake proof that these are preecisting damages. Yes..it was existing before body damage and reair..but not before the freaking sensor recall service . They lied to sonic and sonic closed my case in their behal but they do know the damages are done while my car was under the dealer´s custody. Jermy..Sabimo Retana..Kirk West... Dan Weis..they are all professional liers that team up against customers and they are not honest neither with customers nor with their company owner Sonic Auyomative. And the sonic automative is not supporting customers either..they are more about backing up the dealer. The custmer realtion value is below zero..no respect for customer and no respect for customer service /relationship.

When I looked at the paperwork, they added some MPP service contract ($3k), MPP wheel and tire package($2k) and a debt cancellation package($1.2k) and lumped it into his financing. My dad went back the next day to talk to Jacob Campbell(finance manager I guess) who did his finance paperwork and told him he didn't want the additional packages on there and Jacob told my dad he would take it off. Lo and behold they weren't taken off and when I got involved and talked to Jacob he said I need to contact MPP myself to have them cancel it but didn't tell me the "debt cancellation" was through another company. Luckily I found out it was separate and currently processing the cancellations with the companies directly rather than him making it right. On top of that, I've asked for the paperwork that includes the service agreement and member numbers for all three of these services he added and 2 weeks later we still don't have any of that paperwork. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR ANTIQUATED SALES TACTICS!!! Thanks for no help making this right after the sale.

However I have to say the service team: specifically Victor and Perry (Service Mgr) were great throughout it all. I will say at first I was a bit annoyed because I had an appt scheduled one day and the people on the phone told me incorrect information when making my appt. so I wasted my time to go out there in the middle of my workday for no reason. Only to get there and then tell me I couldn't have it re-programmed. Where some places would've probably just programmed and may have left you stuck. As Mazda vehicles require 2 "good keys" to reprogram, and one the process is started it deems your vehicle immobile if it doesn't pair. Victor and Perry took the time to explain to me the chances of the other key not programming and all my various options and costs associated with it, so I could make the best decision for myself on what I wanted to do. Victor and Perry kept me updated throughout the whole process, and thankfully it all worked out. What I appreciated besides the communication with Perry and Victor is the fact that they took the time to explain in lamens terms the whole scenario and possible consequences of them doing the programming. I know some places definitely would've just gone ahead and if it didn't work, forced you to buy the Mazda mfctr key through them which is like $300. I also chatted with some of the sales guys while there, and they weren't pushy just talked about the feature of my car versus some of the other models. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for servicing or if I choose to upgrade my car. Thanks for making what could've been a nightmare of a process, a great experience Victor and Perry!

I came into the dealership with not-so-great credit, a limited credit history, and I had just started a new job. To be completely honest, I was nervous that I would leave without a vehicle at all. Somehow, Jackie was able to work a MIRACLE and get me into the exact type of vehicle I wanted with $0 down on a BRAND-NEW 2027 Nissan Kicks! What impressed me most wasn't just the deal she was able to get me-it was the way she handled the entire process. There were definitely moments where things became challenging, despite that, she remained patient, professional, respectful, and continued doing everything she could to help me and earn his trust. She never allowed the difficult moments to change the way she treated me or the effort she put into helping me. Jackie also had to deal with other customer situations while helping me, and she still managed to make me feel like I was a priority. That says a LOT about her professionalism and dedication. And honestly, the entire atmosphere at the dealership was great! Everyone I encountered made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. I'm incredibly grateful that she went above and beyond to make something happen for me that I honestly didn't think was possible. She didn't just sell me a car-she helped make a moment I was nervous and uncertain about into something I'll genuinely remember. If I knew how to sell cars, I'd seriously consider working at that dealership right alongside Jackie! His professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are unmatched. It's rare to find someone you can truly rely on for something as important as your vehicle, but he has earned my trust time and time again. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely committed to great service, he's the one you want. Highly recommended! Gidget

Reliable Chevrolet should seriously consider changing their name to Unreliable Chevrolet…read more This was easily one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I've had. We were specifically interested in a black Chevrolet Trax. Initially, Devon told me the vehicle was unavailable because it was being used as a loaner. Then Mark contacted me and suddenly the vehicle was available again. Mark specifically told me they would pull the keys so the vehicle would not be sold and that it would be returned and available for us at our scheduled appointment the following day. This was not some vague conversation or misunderstanding. I confirmed the appointment by text, and Mark then called me again to confirm by phone that I received the appointment information. We made the trip to Reliable specifically because of those assurances. We arrived for our appointment and were told the Trax had been sold that morning. So what happened to pulling the keys and making sure it wouldn't be sold? To be clear, the vehicle being sold is not even what upset me the most. Cars sell. Mistakes happen. If we had simply been told, "We can't guarantee the vehicle will still be here," then I would have understood the risk before making the trip. What bothered me most was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Not once did anyone simply acknowledge that we had driven there because of the assurances their employee gave us and offer a sincere apology for wasting our time. A simple, "We screwed up. You were told the car would be held, and we're sorry," would have gone a long way. Instead, we were shuffled through alternatives. We were told about another loaner at a sister location. Then they pulled around a Trailblazer with a roughly $30,000 sticker price, despite the Trax we came there to purchase being in an entirely different price range. Eventually, we were told they could get another Trax around the same advertised price by Monday, except it would have approximately $1,999 in additional dealer charges. After everything that had already happened, I explained that I didn't feel they were doing nearly enough to make the situation right or earn our business back. Ray's response? "Well, maybe we're not the dealership for you." That response was unbelievable. We didn't ask Reliable to hold a vehicle and then fail to show up. Reliable told us they were pulling the keys. Reliable confirmed our appointment by text. Mark called again to confirm by phone. We showed up when we said we would. Yet after Reliable failed to follow through on what we were explicitly told, apparently expecting an apology or meaningful attempt to make things right meant we weren't the customers for them. Mistakes happen at every business. What separates a professional business is how it responds when it makes one. A sincere apology and genuine attempt to make this right could have completely changed my opinion of the dealership. Instead, we got no meaningful apology, were offered alternatives that didn't make sense for us, were presented with another Trax carrying roughly $1,999 in additional charges, and ultimately were told, "Maybe we're not the dealership for you." Ray, you're right. Reliable Chevrolet is definitely not the dealership for us. We'll happily spend our money somewhere else.

I recently purchased my first vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales and I can not say enough about…read morethe high level of customer service I received. The sales reps that I worked with were Andrew and Chris, they were both phenomenal! The manager I was working with was Dennis, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. First: When coming in to look at the inventory they had, and determining which vehicle I wanted to purchase, they were very patient and accommodating as I took my time and changed my mind several times about which car I wanted. I had a free transfer of a vehicle, and ended up wanting a different one, they had no problem with that and immediately transferred the other vehicle to their location. Second: As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I did my due diligence and shopped around at other local dealers. None of the other dealers could compare to the quality of vehicles and level of care that Enterprise provided (yes I looked at Carmax.) They assured me that if there was something "wrong" with the vehicle or something that I didn't like, they would do everything in their power to help me. They even have a 7 day buyback guarantee. Third: Purchasing a vehicle is a very serious financial decision, therefore some amount of stress is anticipated to make sure you're purchasing a quality vehicle that will last for a long time. When I came in to sign the paper work it was about an hour before they closed. Being that my vehicle was transferred I took my time to inspect it and test drive it. The paperwork process is simple and easy, enterprise got me approved for an interest rate way lower than any other bank/dealership. I asked the sales rep and manager to verify many things for me, including towing capacity of the vehicle and tread depth of the tires, pretty much everything I could think of. They didn't hesitate to look into every single question I had, no matter how tedious or probably unreasonable of me. The sales rep and manager ended up staying about 2 hours late to help me out, but they took their time to go over everything in detail and I did not feel rushed at all! Andrew even came outside with us and offered to take a family picture of us with the bow on our new car! In conclusion, the stress of making a considerable financial decision like this is not easy (especially for a first time car buyer) but enterprise really went the extra mile to help me out. I felt like family the whole time I was there, they are all GREAT with kids and even have different toys/prizes for them, so don't feel discouraged about bringing them along! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, DEFINITELY do so through Enterprise. My father also purchased a vehicle through them several months ago and has had no problems whatsoever. If you are considering purchasing through another dealership, talk to Enterprise first to see what they can do for you. Whether it's matching a trade in, getting a vehicle transferred from a different location, or getting financed at a good rate, they are the best place to go.

I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to think twice.Save yourself the stress, money, and safety risk, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone
