I noticed I was treated differently compared to other patients in the waiting room and during my treatment, includin The way I was spoken to and treated gave me the impression that I was being judged or dismissed based on my [race/ethnicity/cultural background]. This experience left me feeling disrespected and hurt. I believe everyone deserves equal and respectful treatment in a medical setting, regardless of their background. I am raising this issue not only to express how this has affected me personally but in the hope that your clinic will take this matter seriously and ensure that no other patient has to feel this way in the future. I would appreciate a response and would like to know what steps, if any, will be taken to address this situation.

The excuse was to prevent fraud. But they gave me some hokey story about patients not paying what is due and that being fraud. Sorry lady but that isn't fraud. The fact that they couldn't provide me with a patient consent form to take my photo leads me to believe that their staff is not properly trained in patient information privacy. It's unfortunate as I loved this clinic but I don't want to go to a clinic that doesn't tell me exactly what personal information they keep and use and for what purposes. That is a total deal breaker.

UPDATE: This clinic continues to prove just how careless and unprofessional they truly are…read more After posting my original review, where I detailed how Dr. Hadi ruined four of my molars during what was supposed to be a simple cleaning, the clinic reached out and pretended they wanted to help. They made promises. They said they would support me. But when I called them, the response was cold, dismissive, and downright insulting. The receptionist treated me as if I was begging for charity, not as a patient who has suffered years of pain because of their mistake. When I pressed for real help, their reply was: "If you want to take us to court, we're ready." Yes, that was their response to my suffering. Eventually, they offered to send me to a specialist... just for an assessment. No treatment. No compensation. No responsibility. What am I supposed to do with an "assessment" after two years of pain? I needed action, not empty gestures. They now claim they're not responsible, despite causing all of this in the first place. This is not just bad service. It's medical negligence. It's disrespect. It's cruelty. I will not stop until I get justice ,through the law. I will fight for the repair of my teeth and for compensation for the pain and damage they caused me. To anyone reading this: stay far away. This is the kind of place that damages you and then dares you to do something about it. Don't make the same mistake I did. -------------------------------------------------------------------- This clinic ruined my dental health. In 2023, I came in for something as simple as a dental cleaning. That's it. But Dr. Hadi told me I had four cavities that needed to be filled before he could do any cleaning. I trusted his judgment, and that was my biggest mistake. He filled all four molars, and ever since that day, I've been in constant pain. Every time I tried to eat, the pain was unbearable. I went back to him four times, and every single time, he would just shave down the fillings. No real solution, no care, no accountability. Eventually, I gave up. I was tired, in pain, and completely hopeless. Months later, the pain became so severe that I returned to the same clinic -- still hoping for help. Dr. Hadi saw me again and told me something that broke me: all four molars now needed to be removed. How? Why? All I wanted was a cleaning. I refused, because I couldn't afford such an extreme treatment. But now, two years later, most of my teeth are damaged, and I can't even brush properly without intense pain. I've been living like this, in silent suffering, because one doctor didn't care enough to do his job right the first time. Dr. Hadi, you failed me. You ignored the pain you caused. You destroyed my teeth. And worst of all, you never took responsibility. To anyone thinking of visiting this clinic: think twice. One mistake here can cost you years of pain, just like it did for me. I hope this review makes them think twice before treating patients like numbers instead of humans.

I hate going to the dentist, but if I'm going to go I'll be at Infinity Dental…read more Here's some things I've learned about dentists . They aren't allowed to tell you that they have better equipment than the other dentist next door or that they have the newest pain free technology. That's against Alberta Dental Association rules or something. I found that out when I visited Infinity. Instead of only having that archaic metal tooth scraper, they have ultrasonic and water ones that don't make me go crazy with the scrape scrape scrape sound. I thought "What the heck?! Why haven't I always had this?" Also every chair has flat screen tvs of their own! That's right, I'm reclined getting my teeth cleaned while watching the news. Booyah ! It might not matter to you, but anything to distract me from the teeth cleaning please. There isn't any extra charge, for these VIP services or the goody bag of travel sized toothpaste and toothbrush. It's included in every visit. The dental service is quick (thank god) and the whole team does a great job. Go check out Infinity Dental!
