She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. He was also friendly and professional. They fixed my problem quickly and did it well. I knew from then on I had found my permanent dentist. I have been back twice a year for pleasant cleanings and any major work that was needed as well. I have never had a bad experience here. Once they did an X-ray on my other minor child without my consent- I was sitting in the waiting room. Tonight was the final straw- the staff member that called me said X-rays would be done at my upcoming appointment for the hygienist to do her job! That's a new one! They don't respect their patient's wishes. It's all about the money. Last week I showed up for my appointment and I hadn't even stepped into the room and the hygienist said ok we need to do 2 sets of X-rays!
