They made promises. They said they would support me. But when I called them, the response was cold, dismissive, and downright insulting. The receptionist treated me as if I was begging for charity, not as a patient who has suffered years of pain because of their mistake. When I pressed for real help, their reply was: "If you want to take us to court, we're ready." Yes, that was their response to my suffering. Eventually, they offered to send me to a specialist... just for an assessment. No treatment. No compensation. No responsibility. What am I supposed to do with an "assessment" after two years of pain?
