DO NOT get your invisalign done here. They just take your money and not even care for your case. I'm on my THIRD round of refinements after initial 35 weekly trays. Dr Omar Nsair didnt even come look at my teeth at each scan... he is the one who determines where attachments will go. Now apparently I'm told I can no long get more refinements... I'm not done I still have teeth that are crooked and he just cuts me off and says no more scans.. wtf. Dealing with this through COVID sucksss because I cant go talk to him myself. I hate going to the dentist, but if I'm going to go I'll be at Infinity Dental. Here's some things I've learned about dentists . They aren't allowed to tell you that they have better equipment than the other dentist next door or that they have the newest pain free technology. That's against Alberta Dental Association rules or something. I found that out when I visited Infinity. Instead of only having that archaic metal tooth scraper, they have ultrasonic and water ones that don't make me go crazy with the scrape scrape scrape sound. I thought "What the heck?! Why haven't I always had this?" Also every chair has flat screen tvs of their own! That's right, I'm reclined getting my teeth cleaned while watching the news. Booyah ! It might not matter to you, but anything to distract me from the teeth cleaning please. There isn't any extra charge, for these VIP services or the goody bag of travel sized toothpaste and toothbrush. It's included in every visit. DO NOT GO HERE. They are very unprofessional. All they want is your money, they are playing the insurance companies. You spend less then 5 min with the actualy dentist, all the hygensits do the work and have no idea what they are doing. The reception desk is annoying. They push you to come back for things. You have to say No atleast 3 times before they get the hint. This place needs to be shut down. Don't go there!! read more

Overcharge for services. I don't think I need 3D X-ray and additional regular X-ray. They did both any way. I came in for teeth cleaning and check up. There was no cleaning done. There is an item indicated "scaling 3 unit". I don't know what they scale. There is only one dentist with a lot of patients. All you have to do is wait and wait. All items they billed my insurance got the price adjustment. What does this mean? It means that you have to pay the high charge price plus whatever co-pay you have to pay. They ask me to take your shoes off but the bathroom is full of yucky water on the floor. Do not wear expensive shoes to the place and make sure you watch the bathroom floor before entering. There are a bunch of not helpful people sitting at front desk. My appointment was at 1pm. I came and they said it was 2pm. They still have my money and, last I heard, they were still insisting that it is okay for them to use my money to waive my portion of a visit. This is ridiculous. I'd like to give them no stars , they have one of the worst and unprofessional services out there. In a nutshell, after making a deal to fix ( almost a full mouth) and extract teeth and molars , the dentist just threw his hands in the air and said there's nothing I can do and left, the four upper molars and 2 teeth were extracted and the temp. denture did not fit on right ( too small) the dentist could not be bothered to replace it with one that would fit , so he just said " there's nothing I can do" the patient ( my mother) was left with virtually no upper teeth or molars and no way she eat and talk because making a new denture that would fit was too much work for the " DENTIST" .. Not sure how he took his license to practice but definitely think it should be provoked !!!!!! Do yourself a favour DO NOT GO HERE unless u wanna be left with no teeth !!!!! read more

The reviews about this place are true. This dental clinic does scam people and play with insurance companies. I've had similar situation happen to me and now I am suffering with an ugly smile because of this dentist. I went in because of one tooth and the dentist replaced 4!!!!! He first suggested to put a crown and than he did and changed my front two crowns and thannnnnn he was like to make it look nice we should change the veneers. Keep in mind I trusted this dentist cause you know he's a dentist... But I guess now u can't really trust them. Anyway I know I didn't need all that work but he was so convincing I did it any way. My husband went to this dentist in October, 2019, to get a quote and exam for invisaligns. The dentist looked in his mouth for all of 5 minutes and told him he would not be a good candidate as he would have to wear them for 3 to 5 years. He then told him to wait and they would do a scan, he waited an hour and no one came to see him for the scan. He left telling the front desk this. No one ever called him back. He went to our regular dentist and they have confirmed he will get great results and will only have to wear the invisaligns for up to 15 months. I would never recommend this dentist. read more

I would not recommend Infinity Dental Ltd to anyone. I moved to Edmonton and chose to go to Infinity Dental - as I was looking for a dentist. Prior to moving I had no cavities or any problems with my teeth. At my first visit to Infinity Dental I was informed that I had four cavities that needed immediate attention. Also, I floss every day and the dentist told me I should floss (I then promptly informed him I floss daily and was told "Oh well maybe you should floss twice a day). Nonetheless, I made my four separate appointments, and after the first I cancelled the remaining appointments and decided to find a new dentist. For the filling my molar was pretty much ground down (so much so less then half of the original tooth remains) and the filling does not feel right. After changing dentists, I had an appointment over one year later, and was informed my teeth/gums were in very good condition and there was no concerns with them (no cavities). I feel Infinity Dental looks to work the insurance system, and gets their patients to get unneeded work. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone! read more

This is a very bad dental service. They called me every six months to tell me my cleaning is up. I always refused to book appointment with them until recently. I agreed for them to book an appointment for cleaning. The day before the appointment, someone called me to confirm my dental insurance. On the appointment day, I showed up. The receptionist asked me if I was sure I had an appointment. She could not find me in the system. She said she could get me in but there would be a bit of a wait. I refused the service and left. A dental place like this always like to make money. They obviously don't have enough business; hence they call me every six months. Then they mess it up. The service fees are about 25% more than the insurance company willing to pay. They over charge. I do not recommend to go to this place Infinity North. read more

The staff here were all delightful, very friendly and helpful. The dentist I went to was very kind and knowledgable, he helped me to understand what my problem and options were. Dr. Bradley even took the time to inject the anesthetic in 3 small doses so it would not be painful, and it was not. The next day there was no pain at all. I don't have dental insurance, so when I needed a root canal, I expected I'd end up having to wait until it was a medical emergency and then just get it removed altogether. Infinity was willing to work with me and offered a root canal at a price I could afford, instead of the $1,500+ that I expected to pay. And afterwards, when the bill ended up costing a bit more than I thought it would be, due to complications, they lowered it again. They're not perfect, they can be in a bit of a rush to get you in and out of the chair, but that doesn't really matter since they do their jobs properly while you're there. WATCH OUT for these guys. They are scammers and very unprofessional. My wife had two fillings done but they billed me for four. On top of that one of fillings fell out after two weeks. My wife told me they never show her xray of the problem teeth so it was hard to tell which areas they worked on. So this place is horrid. I have 2 serious medical conditions that make me physically sick and my teeth were in very condition. Which he never even asked about. I had teeth fixed about four years ago when I started to get better and spent alot of personal cash after insurance. When I went to floss my teeth I couldn't get the floss between the teeth (he put the coating too close and closed the gap). I got sick for a while again and didn't bother getting them fixed. Fast forward to last Christmas. I'm starting to feel better and have decided that unfortunately false teeth are the way to go. At least I can take them out if I'm not feeling good. So I went back for a consult (no idea why I did that) after arranging what was going to happen he looks me dead in the eye and says "well clearly it's poor dental hygiene" EXCUSE ME! when you've been throwing up everyday for 8 years because of legitimate sickness. He goes a head to assume that it's my fault. Granted I have to hold some of the blame I had a tounge piercing back in the day and haven't been kind to myself but for him to assume something so outrageous. At least ask me. It was actually so unprofessional that I have a credit there (they won't refund it I have to use it) and I will not go back. I will not send my family there and he can keep the money. read more

Horrible! I went here for the first time 2 months ago. I had 2 fillings done at this time. Well one of the fillings just came out today! Only two months and it all ready comes out???? I had a feeling the filling done was not done very well. It seemed to me they rushed everything, I felt like I was just a money bag sitting in a chair. As soon as you are done they whisk you straight to the cash register to pay. I paid for a filling in my tooth for only two months. Will never go back here. DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in to this dentist with a tooth that needed to get pulled. He was drilling into my tooth and has ice cold water blowing on my teeth to keep the drill cool. Anyways the cold water hit my sensitive tooth and I jumped cause him to cut the side of my mouth up. After he drills 2 holes in my mouth and chips half my tooth off this clown tells me to go to another dentist. So I was frantic to find another dentist before the freezing wore off. Every dentist I went to turned me away because they would not touch my mouth after what they did. Finally I found a dentist that would take me and put more freezing on. I prefer a clinic that is near my work so I was happy to have read online that they have downtown office and which is also open on Saturdays. So I made an appointment through their website a week before my intended date, and it was written there that I would get a call to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment came and there was no call. I personally went there to check, and they said they didn't get the email or it could have been routed to other offices (which I think is the least thing to happen and could have easily forwarded it to their office). Hence, I was not booked! I guess it's an old online booking problem then... And too bad their consultation is only done Fridays 6pm-8pm, which is a bit late for me. Did teeth cleaning there, the hygienist was very rough while cleaning my teeth, the dentist which you can not communicate in English. Overcharging patients, paid $120 out of my own pocket although me and my husband all have the dental insurance coverage. Never will go there again!!! read more

No stars at all if I could do that.. The doctor there was the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. He tried tirelessly to put a denture in my mom's mouth which obviously didn't work (have pictures to show that) and eventually told her "sorry, there's nothing else I can do". He tortured her trying to put it in and even after several adjustments it was loose and wasn't fitted properly. The office manager at the North Side location assured me twice they would make a new impression and make a new denture which the doctor over ruled and said no to once we arrived. He said keep the denture and I will give you a refund and when we asked to get the refund he said ok, give me the denture back "because I want to see if I can get a refund from the lab".. good luck for anyone getting a denture there because you may get a refurb one. Terrible... My experience: - They tend to focus on financial side of the deal vs how to propose you the best treatment. You walk in and from that point 90% of what is discussed is money. - They are dishonest. If they promise you something, you'd better get that in writing - might save you a pleasure of dealing with them later. - Doctors hardly have time for you. I was rushed through my first appointment to the cash register. Second appointment was handed over to the second doctor, though the first one was in the office at that time. The second doctor had no clue about what the first one was doing so he had to go consult the first one for 3 times. - Stuff is young and inexperienced...starting from the reception ending technicians. - Sloppy with the paperwork. Multiple mistakes when adjusting the quote, the doctor ended up doodling something on the paper, adding entries, prices. Stuff ended up making many mistakes in name/address multiple times. - I was not able to arrange a transfer of any records to another office, though I payed for them in full. After a week of joint effort with my other office (multiple calls, lost faxes) to transfer the INVISALIGN file out of this clinic I got a call informing me that the doctor refuses to authorize it. Bottom line: Unprofessional and uncivilized. read more
