first of all the servers were great and the food was very good. We had a very unusual experience. we had a reservation for four and got seated. behind us was a large party and they were all standing. within inches of my chair. didn't move or say anything. we even asked to be moved to another table but was told no. these people were downright rude and wouldn't budge. the one woman was within earshot of me. it was very uncomfortable. I think that that management should have said please have a seat. it was only later that the one woman told us it was a surprise party for her grandfather. well excuse me. Norte 175 was a miss for us. Valet parking for my car that was 20 feet away from us? The attendant literally handing over our keys and saying, "Your car is right there". Made no sense. The drinks were good for the entire group but nothing else surpassed that. My grilled skirt steak was cooked nicely but had no flavor, as did the side of mashed potatoes. Chicken wings were ok, no discernible pop of flavor. Tostones app was good but we wanted more. Sitting outside in the back pretty much makes you an after thought. You have the pond/lake on one side and the view of the generator, garbage and resident raccoon popping out of the roof on the other. Service was friendly but took way too long to get our food. Trying to get the staff to bring our check and flag down the waiter to pay (and get our credit cards back) took almost 25 minutes. Decided after 2 1/2 months to give this place another try. The restaurant was really busy, which is nice to see. We decided to sit at the bar and luckily we were able to get the last 2 seats. The food is still really good. Had the shrimp tacos and carnitas tacos - Yum! However, once again, we had issues with drink service even while sitting right at the bar. I ordered a blood orange margarita and I was served a regular margarita. I asked the bartender to confirm that this is a blood orange margarita and she told me "yes it's suppose to be light in color." It tasted nothing like blood orange. I attached a picture below. Next drink I ordered is one of their signature cocktails right off their menu called, "Ugly Betty." There were three bartenders working behind the bar, and none of them knew how to make this drink. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes watching the bartenders trying to figure out how to make their signature Ugly Betty cocktail with no drinks in front of us. We finally gave up, ended up asking for the check and left. We honestly would've stayed, had some more drinks and hung out for a while as it has a great vibe. We were just disappointed with the bartenders not being knowledgeable of their cocktail recipes especially on a Saturday night. read more

OK so we went here for the second time. The first was when they first opened. I didn't want to write a review then because I figured they were working out kinks. Service wasn't great. With that said. We came for Happy Hour. People are very nice but that only goes so far. The service is still not very good. There were not that many at the bar. But still bad service. Seems they rather be on their phone instead. Which drives me crazy. I would NEVER let my staff be on their phones. NEVER. We also noticed others with empty glasses for long periods of time. Every time I wanted a drink I had to flag someone down after sitting with empty glass for a while .Food is pretty good, hence the 3 stars. read more

This old factory has been many things over the years. Norte 175 has a cool vibe. The exposed brick gives you a sense of the history. The food and drinks were great. It's definitely a something for everyone menu. At our table alone, we had creamy Cajun rigatoni, shrimp. & chorizo orzo, baby back ribs and a wood fired pizza . Everyone loved what they ordered. We didn't have room for desserts but they looked delicious. We talked all night but the last conversation was about coming back again. read more

Place is nice, presentation is nice, people were nice, appetizer were good, but the entrees were not. The skirt steak came out precut and well though we said medium rare, the ribeye had so much fat on it it was enedible, and the rib plate came with 6 dry baked ribs with the membrane on them. The BBQ sauce on them was good but I had to knaw on the ribs and borrow someones steak knife to cut them apart. Hope the kitchen can turn some of the entrees around for the prices. read more

The service was awful, and the food was average, except the dessert was also awful. We sat on the outside patio (it was fenced in and overlooking the river, which was nice) and our waitress only came to our table two times; one to take our order and another to give us a check and a box (which she took more than 15 minutes to give to us). She never even came over to ask if we wanted refills or needed anything else after we began eating. We ended up ordering two key lime pies, ended up being a vanilla cake with green food die and a lime candy on top. If I didn't order this to go I would've sent it back. Very inconsistent. The first time we came the food and drinks were delicious (their salsa and chips need some work). The second time we ordered the same drinks and they were pretty bad. The calamari was over fried, like chewing on rubber or a hair tie. It was inedible and had to send it back. We ordered the tostones with steak the second time we went (again) and they were completely different. A different cut of meat and not as flavorful or tender. Feel like this place has potential but the execution is off. read more

When my wife and I walked in the first thing I said was "Man I hope we like this new place". When we left the last words we both said was "Hell no, never again." We got seated about 10 mins after our reservation was, no biggie. We knew what we wanted to drink and eat so we ordered right away. The waiter wrote nothing down... We waited over 30 mins for the drinks to finally come. My wife's drink was wrong. Then 15 more minutes (45 mins total) for the one app we ordered to come. We ordered chicken nachos, pulled pork came out. Waiter was not around or checked in, we didn't want to wait any longer so we ate the app. Then when he finally came back, we told him the error with the app he asked us to tell him the order all over again. STILL didn't write it down. Then the food comes, we have been out of drinks for 30 minutes, never came back to ask us if we wanted refills. Of course...the main order was wrong too. We told him yuca fries as a side twice, no yuca fries came. I ordered a simple and quick beer when the main order course came, took 35 mins to get it and I was already done eating. They still charged us for the nachos we did not order. Just to total crap show of a night. Major shame, wanted to like this place but we waisted a night, never again read more

Love the spot so thankful that it's great food we love hot rods and then CJ steakhouse so we were hoping that this was good and I did not disappoint. I celebrated my birthday here with tons of friends. Everyone loved it, especially the tuna tartar, which I will not eat, but they could not stop raving about it. The apps are amazing and they have such unique sauces and different types of butters. The drinks are really, really good, the ambience is nice and it's just a fun place all around the service could be a little better but again they just opened so that's to be expected but definitely check the spot out. The first time we went they had flowers in our food. That was super cool. I hope they do that again. Additionally, we've been here three times since they've opened so yeah it's pretty good. read more

Minutes later. 4 of us 20 minutes food 1 hour and 35 minutes later cold food and below average. Don't blame the staff completely 2 servers. 2 in the kitchen 1 bartender. Definitely will Not return.
