I called him on not trusting the employees and he shrugged his shoulders and said he has to make sure. He had to call his manager who then checked again and then provided a new sky, which didn't work. Eventually they decided to code in a price that was the website. This took 20 minutes. Overall, I'd say they have a staffing issue starting at the top of the branch.
