Then only my husband's got 9 pages. Mine was 7 and she said they weren't in her machine. Check the glass part as well as the feeder tray. Well excuse me but I walked in with 9 pages each; i checked prior to walking in the building. $17.64 out of my $$$ a waste as she lost part of my document and didn't fax what I provided. I finally got into my 'appointment' around 11:15. The carpet and tile in the lobby was pretty dirty, like visibly. Their real ID system was also down while I was there so I felt bad for everyone waiting since they opened. I know it's not their fault by any means! But still felt worth mentioning.
