They are what they say they are.. with a business such as this it should be hard ti get a subpar review as long as you are providing the service as advertised. Went to ship a package containing some hub caps and an optic that can be used on a firearm, the young man informed me company policy he can't ship firearms, and stated that wasn't a firearm it's an optic he stated it was a firearm part; my point is this is a violation of my second amendment rights, it's not a firearm part it's an optic it has no ability to fire a projectile , these companies like this that want to practice this woke way of beliefs need to be put out of business , me shipping this item is not in violation of the law in any way and they shouldn't have the right to decide what I can ship and what I can unless its hazardous or illegal , just remember go woke go broke , Mabe your company policies should be looked at and reconsidered before it's too late !. read more

It's hard for me to imagine the sad life that people must have, for them to write such negative reviews here. I am in no way what one would call a 'people person', but I have NEVER received the sort of negative customer service from this particular UPS establishment that these 'Negative Nellies' are promoting. Each individual employee that I have personally encountered has been absolutely friendly and helpful. My Amazon packages have never been lost, and they have handled all other business of mine most professionally. It's difficult for me to not assume, that these 'Negative Nellies' are most likely the very same people that fail to appropriately tip those that serve them their food and drink, or throw childish temper tantrums to gain freebies. Terrible service. I needed to get a notary and most banks were closed, so I CALLED IN ADVANCE to ask if they could do it. They said "yes, we can!" I told them I'd be there soon. I arrive 10 minutes later, and they inform me that the person who does the notaries just went to lunch and made me wait for 40 minutes while the person buying a vehicle from me was also stuck waiting on them. They knew I was coming, yet decided to pull that stunt anyways. What an absolute joke read more

Sadly, I can't give a zero. Tried to have a ballot notarized at the place and the guy said he wouldn't do it because it was signed by me in the out envelope. I explained that it was due to reading it overfly and I'd happily sign it again for him so it would be good to go. He refused and told me to go to the tag Agency across the road. I was the only person in the entire place at the time. Lazy and useless. Why be a jerk? It is because they can't charge to notorize a ballot in the state of Oklahoma so they just avoid doing it. I won't be back to give them any business with that attitude. Also reported them to the state for their actions. *****Update****** I stand by my review and the information in it. If your statement is valid and the issue was a signed document can't be notorized according to the law, then why would you direct someone to a different notary to conduct this possibly illegal activity? So you say you won't break the law, but another notary would? Great integrity on your part. I think your overall Yelp score speaks for itself. read more

Absolute mess of a store. I tried to process a return, using a return label and they told me to cancel the return and start a new one through amazon to acquire a QR code. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to do so, we figured out that it was not an available option for our item. The return label that we had walked in with was now invalid because we cancelled it. So I asked him how we can return it without the QR code (which they didn't tell me before) and he said I would need a box/envelope and a new return label which they would print off for $2.50. When I mentioned it was odd that they told me to cancel my return and charge me for a new label he said "well I didn't tell you to" My Summary: 1. Needed a QR code so cancel your return. *10-12 mins pass* 2. No longer need QR code but you do need a box Me : "ok sure but...-" 3. Also your return label doesn't work anymore so I'll charge you for a new one even though it was entirely the our fault that you cancelled it in the first place. read more

Was required to go into the Norman store for work. Only had a prepaid envelope. There were 3 clerks working. All clerks had customers and every customer had issues. One clerk graciously waived me up, took my envelope, handed me my receipt and I was out w/i 5-10 minutes or so. Maybe the UPS store has done some training?? She even had a smile on her face. Did see the rude clerk. She's still there. Probably still taking people's overnight packages and NOT handing them to the drivers who ASK for packages. But, THAT clerk didn't even look up the entire time I was there. Not once. But, thankfully, I was only there 5-10 minutes. So, there's that. Thank you UPS Manager for hearing my comment. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences at this store. 2 out of the 3 times that I have been there, I was helped by Ram. Ram provides excellent customer service and professionalism. His work ethic is OUTSTANDING! I have very high standards in this regard and felt the need to compliment him during my last visit. Employees like Ram are rare these days, and he deserves to be recognized for his performance. If I owned a business, I would want someone like him working for me. He was so nice and patient every single time. Not only was he great with me, but I observed him being this way with every customer that he interacted with--even the extremely difficult and rude people. Mike also did a great job. I had received an Amazon item that was broken. After notifying Amazon of the return, they had provided a simple bar code to scan. I was told to just take it to the near by UPS Store and they would handle the return. I was hesitant because my experiences with using the nearby Postnet was always a very trying visit. It was so easy, I walked in, displayed my phone with the bar code, he handed me my receipt and off I went. My whole day had been difficult but I want to thank you all at this particular UPS Store for giving me one easy moment of my day. I will be using you all going forward. read more

I hate UPS and my experience with this particular store just reaffirms my feelings. I dropped off an Amazon return five business days ago and it is still not showing as picked up on my Amazon account. I went to the store today to check on my return and they gave me some lame excuse about where it could be. When I asked if they would be responsible for the value of my item if it never shows up at Amazon, they simply stated NO, and that I would need to contact Amazon. I asked again, so we are clear, if my package never shows up at Amazon are you responsible whatsoever for the value of my item? And they responded again, no we are not. So BEWARE, by using their services to return your packages, they take ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY!! Go to Kohl's where they take responsibility and also give you in-store coupons to use. read more

One of the store associates was really impatient with me, even though I had waited for him to attend to me. I was pulling up an email from amazon that took less than a minute, and he decided to attend to someone else in that time. He also wanted to charge me a bunch of fees for a service that I've gotten for free at other UPS stores. Maybe it's policy and I've just gotten lucky every other time, but I didn't appreciate his unhelpful attitude like he was just trying to brush me off or make me pay for things. Don't be rude then expect me to pay $2.50 to use one of your printers. Update in response to manager's response: to clarify, this was a shipping label that had to be printed, and other stores have done the printing for me before, easily and happily. This store was NOT busy. There were three people in there, myself being one of them, and all of them were being helped. The woman he attended to had JUST walked in. And malicious or not, "effective" as it seems, skipping over customers who have been waiting to be helped is poor customer service. read more

Sadly I have to revise my review of this business. It has changed management and the last 3 interactions we had with them were substandard at best. Right down to the request to transfer ownership of the mailbox back to us as a personal box after the sale of our business that was associated with this mail box for about 15 years. During a misunderstanding regarding what type of label can be used on specific packaging an employee starting frantically waving an express envelope in front of me and then asked me if I could "read right here"! Then I explained to another employee how I typically package and label shipments and he said I am "breaking the rules". These employees not only insulted me several times but also offered no solutions. The owner of this store should be appalled to know employees treat potential customers like this. Worst customer service i have ever seen. Employee totally ignored a customer that was nicely trying to get her attention. When i spoke up to get that employees attention for the nice older lady i got a rude and very nasty look. Once i got to the counter, the employee kept trying to get me to buy one of their boxes, even though the one i had to ship was totally fine. This is the third time i have tried going to this store and each time the customer service gets worse and worse. I love UPS, i have family that even works for them, and it saddens me to see customers treated so rudely. I encourage you to ship your packages elsewhere, through UPS! read more

ZERO stars. I paid 30.00 last Friday to have a package shipped arriving yesterday Thursday, June 4th. It never arrived. I tracked it and the only thing tracking showed was that a label was created for my package.
