I emailed the file over and he emailed back within a couple of hours saying they were ready. They looked great and I was impressed with the quick service. I do feel like the price was steep for the product ($33 for 25 cut to size 4x6 invites). I was ok with paying a premium to not deal with the poor service of Staples and supporting a local business.

Willie at Fully Promoted sent over pics of samples (logo sewed to size displayed over shirts to be embroidered), we worked together to perfect the logo, colors, and size, and the shirts and hats they embroidered looked amazing, with better quality than the shop that had a much slower turnaround. Willie was sweet and positive and helpful through the entire process. We were so pleased we are having them handle all additional clothing as well as some new signage. Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced.
